One of the most fun coop shooters you could get your hands on.

The developers are great.

Game itself is pretty bueno, looks great, sounds great and runs well.
Very aggressive, you'll end up having to just guess a lot. Which makes the game very unsatisfying.

The slew of mtx being added is such bs. You'll have no way in-game to train against a DLC character if you don't pay up.
Purposefully waiting 3(ish) weeks after launch to add the store & battlepass is awful.

//Season 2 just dropped, and everything is worse. Game is now a waste of time, more or less.

In short: Spend hours building something, realise there's nothing to do with it. Quit.

The process can be entertaining, but once you have that realisation it's over

Multiplayer function is broken. Ubi doesn't care as usual

As usual with the Creed games you'll struggle to obtain a comfortable framerate.
It will always stutter, drop frames and annoy you to no end.

Last time I gave these games a chance was with the 4th one. Same problem then, same now.

If you prefer a "cinematic 30 fps" then you'll have no issues.

Took 9 years for colonial marines to finally be completed. And what a let down it was.
Gearbox didn't spend 9 years on it though, let's be fair.

But they did lie to those interested. Suckering us in with interviews where they tell us how much respect and love they have for the source material. Also faking demo footage and pictures to make it look nice.

The entire experience is best described as bland with the rare moments where there's some spice.
Combat feels dull and is actually optional. You can just jog past all dangers as long as you're not locked in a room or something.
Visuals are at times pleasant and dare I say atmospheric. I can think of three or four times I thought to myself that it looked pretty good.

There's co-op, so if you want you can share this bowl of blandflakes with a friend or two.
Also multiplayer is a thing. Play as Marines or aliens. Couple of death match modes. Survival mode and escape mode were interesting but don't quite deliver.

I can't ever reccomend this game, but I have heard nice things about the DLC.
So if you're willing to pay extra then go ahead. It's a risk that I suspect won't be in your favor.

If you've interested in Transformers. This game is something you can not go without. Exceptional Single player with an extrordinarily good story line.
Multiplayer is also quite fun with several modes to choose from. Also lots of customization, create your own Autobot/Decepticon

I'd reccomend getting the first one (war of) as well

A very fun game, easy to get into and satisfyingly hard to beat.
A must for anyone who has ever wanted a game where you are the Captain of a ship traveling through uncharted territory.
