Hunt showdown is unique bounty extract game set in 1896 America so most guns are relatively slow firing and you feel like every shot counts.

I love Hunt but the big update last year left a bad taste in my mouth.

Over 12 months later and the UI is still not great.Lots of buttons are now hidden and buried and there is another 1-3 clicks to do anything simple.

The Devs have promised improvements but everything has been minimal and its not even 1/2 as good as the previous UI. I dont want to have to use my keyboard in a menu that didn't need it before.

EU Servers still have the issue of players coming from RU servers which adds delay into hit registration in a self proclaimed competitive shooter...

Short, Suspensful, Simple

This is a game that really surprised me, it isn't like other games that lead you to each objective with a map or glowing line, it leaves you to your own devices so that you have to find clues, listen to NPCs and find your own way.

The atmosphere in this game is very reminiscent of Metro 2033 but it isn't as action packed leaving you to admire the game and think about the situation wondering what comes next.

My biggest issue with the game is how short it is as it left me wanting more. Its not without its faults but I feel like there is real potential if they were to make another similar game with more time spent making the game it could be an all time great.

The multiplayer no longer works as gamespy shut down the servers and there are no new ones to play on.

There is a mod that is meant to let you play online but it doesn't work for me and a few friends that have tried to get it to work.

When the game worked it was great fun to play but I cant reccomend it with it not working.

Can't reccomend it enough the story is great even if you haven't played the first one as it's not on PC.

The gameplay is good enough and is pretty challenging at times on the normal difficulty.
Its one of the few games I have played that you want to talk to the NPCs rather then just skipping all the dialogue.

It has a nice twist or two in the game although I called the ending about half way in the game although I don't think you could have known unless you spoke to spoke to a lot of the characters and listened to the stories about the relics.

Its definetly worth playing, this is probably my all time favourite single player game.

Interesting game and has a good co-op but extremely short lived me and a friend finished it in 4 hours and we didnt even rush through it so I'd only reccomend it if you can get hold of it on sale for a few pounds.

Feels weird after playing it on xbox years ago even so its a great game definetly worth getting if you have played it before even if you haven't its still a good game and requires a lot of skill to do well.
