This game is one of the worst beat'em ups I've seen in years. Gameplay is just pure garbage. It gets even worse if you play in coop.
If you play with japanese dub, you will notice that Billy and Jimmy are voiced by Kazuyuki Okitsu (Jonathan Joestar) and Takehito Koyasu (Dio Brando) from Jojo's bizarre adventure. That's funny. And that's probably the only good thing this game has.

This is Contra Hard Corps but with first person view perspective. Absolutely amazing action game, I had tons of fun!

Shredder's Revenge is the best TMNT beat'em up game so far and the longest of them all.
Lots of fan service, eye-candy pixel art graphics, decent soundtrack and fast dynamic gameplay, with the ability to play 6 player coop, online and locally. What more could you wish for?

Regarding the taunt that charges the super bar, I can say that during the battle, especially on high difficulty, no one will let you abuse it, so I don’t consider this mechanic broken, like some people on the forums. At the same time, in order to improve the balance of the game, you can make the charging from the taunt work only if there are enemies on the screen.
Now, stuff I did not like:
1) Tokka and Rahzar as part of the fight with Tempestra is a poor decision, if you ask me. It would be better if they were independent bosses, besides they are not particularly connected with tempestra lore-wise.
2) There is general Traag, but there is no sgt. Granitor. How so? They always rock as a couple. It's like adding only Bebop, without Rocksteady. Possible DLC can correct that wrong.

Anyway, the game is cool, I strongly recommend it to all TMNT fans, beat'em up lovers and nostalgia geeks. My score is: 9/10.

Probably the most epic soundtrack I've seen in video games. This even tops both Nier games OST for me.
"The Avatar", "Battle for Vados", "afterlife", Gray Wanderer boss theme, Endless and Thalamus themes are my absolute favourites.

Mayhem Brawler is a good old-style beat'em up game and I recommend it and give it a thumbs up.
While not the same level of quality as Streets of Rage 4 in terms of animations and fighting mechanics (it is a bit more simple, yet there are juggle combos here too), this game stands on its own, and some aspects I loved even more than in SOR4.

For me the strongest points were: the characters, the lore, awesome soundtrack and alternative routes with 3 different endings.

All story cutscenes are made comic-style, fully voiced. We play as cops with super powers, although in Mayhem city it is not uncommon: there are werewolves, vampires, magic creatures from another dimension, street mages etc. And it's a normal thing around here. So even the police are all x-men in terms of their abilities.

Gameplay-wise it is similar to SOR. You have special attacks, normal attacks, jump and block. Usual combo with normal attacks launches opponent and you can juggle it with new hits, use special attack for some more damage or jump kick him. In the corner it is sometimes possible to score even more hits for damage.

The only thing I didn't really like is the lack of..."culmination feeling" in the end. All 3 possible final bosses for all endings did not have that wow factor, they were not epic enough for final bosses, as well as difficulty-wise, they were not harder than other bosses from the game. Put any of these in the middle of the game or even as first boss and you won't notice a difference. So if there will be a sequel, I'd like to see some real danger in the end, gameplay-wise and story-wise.

Anyway, I had fun with the game, definitely worth a purchase if you are a beat'em up lover.
VERDICT: 8/10

Cyber Shadow is a mix of Ninja Gaiden (NES trilogy), Batman (NES, Sunsoft), Shadow of the ninja, Shatterhand and Contra Hard Corps.
Overall it's a decent ninja action game, pretty challenging at times, but fair.
8/10 from me.

In spite of several technical issues, bugs and gameplay elements, that could have been better, it's still a solid game. Story, soundtrack and dialogs is where the game stands out. I also liked the gameplay.
Cyberpunk somewhat reminds me of Vampire: the Masquerade Bloodlines. VTMB is one of my ,ost favourite games of all times and I still love it, in spite of all technical issues and some sloppy mechanics.
In the end - I had fun, enjoyed the story, the city, the characters, seen some funny bugs.
8/10 is my verdict. Will return in a year or so and see how things have improved.

Ghostrunner is one of the best 2020 games and one of the best action games out of all I've played.
Fast and brutal, yet really well balanced. The more you play, the more you learn and become better (even though wall running mechanics sometimes work not as I want them to, well gotta practice more).
Graphics are good, enemies are interesting and different, bosses are badass, soundtrack is great (really loved 99% tracks). Oh and the game has ninja throwing stars in it. So what are you waiting for? Go run some ghost now.
