So many of us wish we could fulfill some epic quest of self achievement that will echo through the annals of history- infact I dare say this is the driving force behind so much of history and so many 'great men' of history which wished to emulate Alexander or find themselves wanting in comparison...
However in this age of Squalor, Bread and Games, Degeneracy, Excess, societal chains and bounds... One cannot so easily find themselves capable of achieving such things in this societal cage we all find ourselves, so perhaps it is best to emulate Diogenes' and cast away those social norms that bind us, to find contentment and peace in living as freely as one can humanly possibly imagine...
