About halfway through the game, and I have to say THIS IS THE GAME IVE BEEN WAITING FOR. I love the whole mafia franchise i’ve played all of them multiple times, you can hate me but Mafia 3 Is definitely still my favorite. This game is a lot like the Mafia 1 Remake, being very linear and cinematic which is not a bad thing. I just wish that with such a beautiful open world there would be more of an opportunity to explore it on your own like in mafia 3. Im about halfway through the game at the time of writing this review btw. The start is very slow but picks up very nicely. The combat feels good, and i love the addition of the knife duels. The performance is good aswell and the game looks amazing. Getting around 100-140 fps on the highest settings so the game feels very responsive. The story is great. The settings is amazing, the cars don’t feel awfully slow and are fun to drive around the windy italian roads. Especially the sports car you get from linking your account. Overall if you are a mafia fan this is a must play. I’ve heard the game is a little short. But for the quality of what i’m getting i feel it deserves the $60 i spent on it

Not really sure what the performance complaints are about from people with high end cards. I have a 4070 ti and it ran at like 100 fps on default settings. My only complaints are the size of the game being 123gb after install for only 2 levels? thats outrageous even with the high res textures. And that fire for some reason is like brighter than the actual sun. Satan actually spreads his asscheeks and spreads molten lava anywhere there is fire. Other than that is just Half-life 2 remastered. Liked playing with new high def swinging torso

it’s fun, but i’d like to get a constant 165 frames on my RTX 4070 Ti without having to drop the settings to pretty much the lowest they can go

I couldn’t even play this game for a full hour. The frame rate is so unstable, you look at one side of the map and get 165 frames, and then turn around and get 90. Yea 90 is playable but not when it’s constantly jumping around 165+ and then back down again.

So much fun, Yes the lobby is sort of bugged but if you just press quickplay youll get a game, just mess with the settings and youll get decent fps, i get like 140 its rlly not bad at all. Great game, well done

I really wanted to play this game, but its completely unplayable. I only played for about 45 minutes and encountered 2 game breaking bugs. First the key in the library just didnt exist and i had to restart the level for it to just appear in my inventory without picking it up. And the TV puzzle (where i had to stop playing) did not even work. I couldn't pick up the cord to put it into the outlet, like it literally didnt even give me the option to pick it up. i would have liked to progress further in the game but i simply couldnt

literally could not play the game, every time i try and go on the first mission it just stays stuck loading and never loads

Short game but really fun for whats there, the movement and platforming are really fun and fluid, the puzzles were easy but interesting. I do really wish it was a bit longer though, as i 100% the game in just an hour
