I'll go out and say this right away. The game is FULL with cheaters. Almost every match has at least one. It's straight up UNPLAYABLE without a Prime Status Upgrade. Even with it, you will still get matched up against/with cheaters, which you can't do anything about. But when you do get legit games without cheaters, It's enjoyable.
