CS:GO Review
Call of Duty (commonly shortened to CoD) is a first-person video game franchise. The series began on the PC, and later expanded to consoles and handhelds. Several spin-off games have also been released. The earlier games in the series are set primarily in World War II, including Call of Duty, Call of Duty 2, and Call of Duty 3. Beginning with Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, which is set in modern times, the series has shifted focus away from World War II. Modern Warfare (released November 2007) was followed by Call of Duty: World at War and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Black Ops (released November 2010) takes place in the Cold War, while Modern Warfare 3 (released November 2011) takes place in a near-future setting. Black Ops II (released November 2012) takes place in the year 2025. Call of Duty: Ghosts was released in November 2013. In May 2014, Advanced Warfare was announced.

The Call of Duty games are published and owned by Activision. While the studio Infinity Ward primarily still develops them, Treyarch has also developed several of the titles with the release of the studios' games interlaced with each other. Some games have been developed by Gray Matter Interactive, Nokia, Exakt Entertainment, Spark Unlimited, Amaze Entertainment, n-Space, Aspyr, Rebellion Developments, Ideaworks Game Studio, Sledgehammer Games, and nStigate Games. The games use a variety of engines, including the id Tech 3, the Treyarch NGL, and the IW 5.0.

As of November 11, 2011, the Call of Duty series has sold over 100 million copies.[1] As of March 31, 2012 there are 40 million monthly active players across all of the Call of Duty titles, with 10 million users of the online service Call of Duty: Elite and 2 million paying annual members. Over 1.6 billion hours of online gameplay have been logged on Modern Warfare 3 since its 2011 release. Sales of all Call of Duty games topped US$10 billion, according to Activision.

Other products in the franchise include a line of action figures designed by Plan-B Toys, a card game created by Upper Deck, Mega bloks sets by Mega Brands, and a comic book mini-series published by WildStorm.

Great game, I'd go as far to say its better than bubsy 3D, which was one of the most revolutionary games of its time. Tons of replayability. Great strategy. And fun multiplayer.

If you're new the the civilization franchise, start here, its the best looking (not counting beyond earth) and is fairly casual friendly, although online is another story.

The balance between the civs is... not amazing, but it's something you have to deal with in any game with diverse selections of playable charecters (Or civilizations for this case)

NOTE: this game is abismal without the DLC. A lot of things are broken without Brave New World, and Brave New World brightens up the gameplay tremendously. But considering you can buy the complete pack with all DLC for less than $60, its an awesome deal, and if you can't afford this, as of now, i'm sure steam will discount it, so you can throw less of your money at your computer screen.

"Brings a brand new sight to rts" This quote would perfectly define Aoe III. The new game brings the series a campaign that is more than just simple tasks, it brings newer and higher quality skirmishes, and even has interactive and creative ways to play multiplayer. Put this all in with the fact that it hardly ever lags (unless online with someone's ABSOLUTE POOP internet), and you have the great cap to what is the trilogy of Age of empires

*I have over 30 hours played on the game and have enjoyed almost all of them*

When G-mod was an early game, to be honest i thought it looked like a dumb movie maker, that many people used for who knows what. But after updates, and new visuals, i have entirely changed my mind on the game.

It offers many gamemodes, steam workshop (one of my favorite things) and best of all, a lot of creativity. Two of my favorite things to do is play T.T.T (trouble in terrorist town, a game where traitors attempt to kill inoccents) and jailbreak (as the name says, escape the jail).

The steam workshop is amazing on this game, there are tens of thousands of fan-made material, that can be directly uploaded. And the game offers a bit of an inside the game workshop too. You can see what other people have come up with, using dupes (making a direct copy). Overall dupes are one of my favorite things to do in the game.

And the creativity, of being able to make so many things, is amazing. You can make spaceships, cars, trains, tanks, E.T.C. Although they may seem hard, it becomes simple to use hover balls, jets, coolers, and many other things, this gave it the realistic touch it needed, otherwise you'd really have no fun in being creative.

In the end, i give the game a 83/100 because its a great game, that has many details, but i just dont seem to have the hang of it yet, i know you cant judge a game you haven't played much of, but for now, this is what im giving it.
