It's more Old World, and I love Old World. Absolute master class of a 4X game, and every DLC adds new and excited features that really show how much the dedicated developers behind this game love their work.

Super great. Loved exploring Polly's trauma, music is a banger, level design is super interesting. Combat is so-so, and I don't recommend Hard mode.

I don't think I've enjoyed a demo this much since Against the Storm. I've thoroughly enjoyed sharing feedback and ideas with the developers, not to mention those pesky bug reports! Cannot wait for the full release and this is promising enough of a demo to justify a day 1 purchase.

One of the most intricate, deepest, most complex strategy games I have ever played. A highly engaging world map, thoughtful mechanics, wildly deep space layer, all supported by a group of incredible developers. The world map layer alone is so detailed and complex, you could disable the aliens and rip out 99% of the space layer, and still have an incredibly enjoyable grand strategy title.

This has been a delightful experience. You fly a airship through floating islands, fighting pirates and helping people. Broadsides go pew pew. Main character is a somewhat sassy realist, game has some commentary on mental health, "[name] needed help, and instead they gave him a weapon." Did I mention you get to zip around with a grappling hook that you can also hook enemies with and drop them off the sky islands? Also, you get a cute moth buddy to collect things for you, and save your life.

Overall I'd recommend this game for an engaging gameplay loop, fun combat, and a serviceable story. However, there are Steam Deck performance issues, unnecessary unskippable animation sequences (every time you rescue an island, of which there are like... 20ish? You have to sit through and watch some fireworks explode. It gets OLD.), and gear modding requires too many steps.

A beautifully charming city builder with a gorgeous art-style and a compelling premise. Devs are responsive to feedback and have shown off some exciting new changes as of the time of this review. I'd like to see some further optimisations/information such as optimal farming tiles per crop/pop, being able to switch/try out building upgrades without having to dismantle/rebuild, and maybe tone down how many stone slabs are needed for some progression, I found myself spamming the building to make them and still never having enough despite ample stone.

Worth a buy if you enjoy games such as Against the Storm and RimWorld.

Be nice to your Onbu.

While the game had a rocky launch, the devs should be lauded for listening to player feedback and rapidly updating the game. This is a compelling entry to the Action Roguelike+Bullet Hell genre.
