Stupid little idiot kid! Games can't just have EVERYTHING in them! Development takes time and effort and blah blah blah blah"

Ok anyway this is that game you were asking for. It has everything. And it's not even 80 dollars. Enjoy.

It's alright

Cross Platform multiplayer, intricate car customization, good spread of cars that all handle differently, gorgeous diverse open world, really good to zone out with.

This game is purely novelty. And I don't mean that in a good way. This game is fun to look at. It's fun to get a couple of friends to gather around, point and laugh at the funny narator, but this humour can only be stretched across the span of an entire day, at most. Even the secrets aren't enough to save this game. Most of them require doing the same thing over and over again, sometimes to the point where they're near impossible to experience. I don't know what I was expecting with this. All I know is I was let down. This is barely an upgrade from the /FREE/ Half Life 2 mod it originated as. I recommend that a lot more than this. The only thing you'll be missing is some pretty graphics.

This game is mad nuts. Multiplayer can be played with up to four players and one controller, and it's the best experience I've had gaming with friends. Customizing your team, making ridiculous worms, slapping a name on all of them and having them duke it all out in an open 3D environment is the most fun. I log more time in this game each day than I'd be comfortable with admitting. Definitely consider this for a hardcore party game.
