Valve, you have lost a customer account...
When I got this secondary account in early 2015, I did so for the following reasons:

1. I had stopped solo-queuing with my main account, because Valve does nothing to protect their player base from in-game abuse (which is not limited to verbal abuse in voice and text chat; if it were, muting the abusers would suffice, but it doesn't).

2. I also wanted to have an account I can use when playing with Steam friends who are not as good at the game, so that my main account's rank wouldn't be at risk (both accounts were about the same rank at the time, so I wasn't smurfing, mind you). Little did I know that the cheating issue would become this severe over time.

To me, it seems that Valve's greed exceeds their willingness to keep their player base safe. Safe from abuse, safe from playing against hackers all the time. They apparently enjoy the extra money that comes pouring in from hackers who get banned, then buy new accounts. They refuse to force people to provide an ID when creating an account, so that one person could only own one account per lifetime. Their so-called measures (Prime, Trust Factor) do little to provide a better experience at CS:GO. It has completely gotten out of hand, and there is no point in keeping this account, since Trust Factor matches are even worse than Prime-exclusive ones.

As of today, Valve will no longer make money off this account. I won't buy another Operation with it. I won't buy skins. I won't participate in any Pick'em Challenges. I likely won't even play the game on it anymore. As long as Valve prefers to make cash with hackers and toxic minors rather than protecting and satisfying their loyal, legit and mature player base, there is nothing left for me in maintaining a second account.
