I just did the math.
I bought Gray Zone on April 4th.
That's 27 days ago.
I have 200 hours logged.
That's 7.5 hours a day on this game.

To break it down further, that's roughly 648 hours total, which means that roughly 31% of my time has been spent playing this game.

So I'd say that it's pretty good so long as your wife and kids don't mind missing you for a month.

I've only played this game since the 0.4 Spearhead release, so I don't know how the game was prior, but as of writing this review, I would, and do, openly endorse buying this game for anyone who enjoys FPSs.

I know that it gets labeled an "extraction shooter" and compared to Tarkov, and for good reason, but I would define it closer to a MMOFPS. A game where you can choose your own adventure with as much, or as little, player interaction you want, or can tolerate that day. It can be challenging, or it can be relaxing. It's a sandbox of tactical sniping and rampaging CQB.

If you have any, I also suggest Gray Zone with your friends!
If not, then there are plenty of friendless los players online who would be happy to squad up!

So what are you waiting for? Download the game and come enjoy the chaos of Lamang!

I grabbed a piece of cardboard and drew a ♥♥♥♥ on it, then picked up a cup and began asking people for change. One guy, dressed in a suit, cursed at me and gave me the finger, so I whipped out my ♥♥♥♥ and began peeing on him. That's when he pulled out his cell phone and called the police which prompted me to quickly run away with my shopping cart.

I ran all the way home and bought Bum Simulator and have been enjoying it since.

After 250 hours of gameplay I achieved the "Been There, Done That" achievement, acknowledging that I "Completed most of the game's content."

So that was neat.

Maybe after another 250 hours I'll finally get back to the main story and complete the game, right after I win another round of the Kuttenberg Tournament, help a villager steal his tools back from a gambling miner, and drink a priest under the table for redemption of my sins.

While typing this review I'm also reminded that I have a family whom I've been blissfully ignoring for the past several months. This isn't me sharing content within the game, but what actually happens to you when you play this game - you have a son and he's 7 months old before you realize that you've "Completed most of the game's content."

Buy it. On sale. Not on sale. It matters not.

My drunk review of TMNT Splintered Fate, after 10 hours, is that is that it's a pretty solid rogue-like. Once everything begins to become stale and repetitive, they introduce a new mechanic or something to keep things fresh. A hard mode for a boss, or an alternate path. After 10 hours, and roughly $15, I have figured out some of the basics to the game and think that you'd really like it.

There's strategy to the "build" one makes while moving towards the canonical "bad guy." The story unfolds pretty well and every time I began to think it was getting too stale, they introduced a new thing to keep me going.

I'm nowhere near complete, but this game is a lot of fun, especially coop, and I would recommend getting it on sale to play with any TMNT fan.

Did you play Desert Strike in the '90s and now long for a spiritual successor but have never had one?
So did the developer of this game - so he made it.

If you don't buy this game then the terrorists win.

Edit: After completing all missions and unlocking all helos and weapons, after about 7 hours, I cannot recommend this game enough. Once all three episodes come out, it'll easily be a $30 game. So pick this up for $15 early!

Looking forward to the next episodes and seeing what comes out next!

This game is eerily lifelike.
I made a squad based on my unit from my first deployment in Iraq in 2004.

We swept the entire map, no problem, completing all of the missions required (finding intelligence and destroying weapon caches). When we went to extract, I noticed someone was missing.

My corpsman had fallen through the map and was plummeting to his death.
Eventually, the game deleted him from existence and we were able to redeploy successfully.

Game recognized that I had completed the mission without any deaths, despite my corpsman falling through the map to his death.

Just like Iraq.

UnMetal is a love letter to my childhood, sitting in front of the TV after sneaking downstairs to play Snake's Revenge on the NES.

It's not a difficult game, and the campaign took me less than 30 hours, but damn was it a fun ride.

Thanks, Francisco.

Part Sekiro, part old school beat'em up, part roguelite, all classic Kung-fu movie action.
Took under 20 hours to complete the full mission, including completing the board, including "secret" ending, on easy mode. Skills acquired carry over to "medium" mode so it constantly feels like you're growing as a character and building on your failures.
The story is a classic revenge plot. I normally skip all dialogue in games, because I don't care about the plot and they're usually drawn out and boring, but I found myself actually watching all the cutscenes.

Definitely worth full price, especially if you like the difficulty challenges of Souls-like games where you have to learn enemy types and movesets to be successful. Plenty of hidden features, content, and challenges, for longer replayability. The average player could easily spend 20 - 30 hours in this game; the completionist types, and challenge seekers, can easily spend upwards of 100+.

As a proud member of the Church of Dynology, I can firmly state that this game is an absolute dyno dream!

Challenge is to dyno every move. Don't be a Gumby and static climb this game! Dyno every move and be a complete Church Dyno Chad!

Lb/Rb A is the only button combo you need to scale this V9 in your gym tower!

So get this game on sale and Guess the Grade!
Tomoa Narasakai, blessed be thy name, would approve!

Game of the Year!

Only complaint is that the AI generated voice says "9/11" as "nine, one, one" instead of "nine, eleven."
Completely ruins muh immersion.
