You can pet the cat

This game is my new favorite game of all time. I can't recommend this game enough, The art is amazing, the story is amazing and the music is just phenomenal! 10/10

(This is all my opinion) Not a Sonic game. Best part is the music from other games (I could just use spotify instead of paying 60$). Most of the game is just Sonic doing mundane chores and task and it's just a collect-a-thon and a mediocre one at that.

I will complete this game and if it changes then I will edit my review with any changes that I feel are necessary.

I have made it to the second island and I have noticed that the gameplay loop is the same.
Get character memories, give the character on the island their memories then collect keys from levels. The Giganto Fight in the 1st island was a good part but that doesn't make up for the lack of change in any gameplay outside of that scene. Now about the Chaos Emeralds. Whenever I unlock a Chaos Emerald I feel a lack in achievement or difficulty in unlocking and collecting the Chaos Emeralds. It shouldn't be this easy to get an item that is powerful without much work or effort. To me it feels like if you were to pay for an item that can one shot everything in a game.

Doom mixed with rhythm. This game makes that combo work really well together and the game has enjoyable characters and story. The game play is fun and stay's fun because of how satisfying it can be once you learn the beat. One of my new favorite rhythm games. 8/10

This is very much worth the cost 9/10
