This game is literally Stockholm Syndrome simulator. The game lures you in with your favorite characters from horror, and promises you a fun balanced experience. At first you have fun, playing your favorite killer. Then you start winning, a few matches and BAM you get paired with people who have like 1000 hours plus. Making the game incredibly unfun for killer, and god forbid you take a break because you'll never be able to play that killer again. It feels like this game constantly is giving bigger advantages to survivors rather than killers, like nerfing gen regression perks and giving stupid bonuses to sabotaging hooks (not to mention the terrible maps:Mothers Dwelling, Garden of Joy, etc). This community has a problem of toxicity on both sides, especially survivors. Survivors will dc prematurely ruining the game, they'll kill themselves on hooks, because they get downed once also ruining the game (which affects both sides). But something that is especially awful about this game (and particularly survivors) is the constant us vs them mentality that they have. People will intentionally queue with the sole purpose to make a killer DC or become incredibly angry. They'll bring flashlights, and send you to maps where they can constantly blind or stun you. These 4mans or bully squads really make the game a slog. I've had games where I'll kill a few survivors particularly fast, and so the remaining survivors will hide, not complete gens, and rotate constantly making it sometimes impossible for me to catch them (in hopes I dc I presume) . In turn causing the game to be extended from 10-15 minutes to a full 30-60 minutes. Survivors will Tbag you at exit gates, and then be toxic in end game chat. Speaking of 4man queues, did I mention that gen rushing is a problem in this game? Typically when facing 4mans, gens will go by so fast that you dont have a chance to do anything as killer. Especially when the survivors are very good and loop you, body block, and sabo. I can't even be mad at this, because I realize that these people are just better than me, but at the same time it really just feels awful, because as previously stated it makes it really hard to enjoy your favorite killers. I also would like to comment about this stupid "rule book" mentality that survivors have, because that fact that people think that you cant tunnel, or play meanly is such a stupid concept to me. I will do what I need to win simple as, that includes sometimes tunneling, or hook camping in end game. It sucks, but I want to win too. Even just getting one kill to me sometimes, makes the difference between having a good time with this game or bad time; There is a difference between playing "meanly" and just being toxic in general to cause anger to the other team. But I still get criticized for this on my profile or in end game chat. Like come on man, its just a game (I realize this is a somewhat hypocritical point, but at the same time, I am not toxic in end game chat about it I just move on and say gg). One thing I will also just put out there that really bugs me is when people say "gg" in end game chat after mercilessly stomping me. I understand they're probably being sincere, but I also feel that its almost adding salt on the wound. Like sure maybe a good game for you. Anyways I'd just like to wrap up my ♥♥♥♥ review by saying this I think this game is fun and can be fun, but I also feel that this game has a lot of problems with its community, and has constant down hill experience for killer. At then end of the day its just a game, but I really wish that we as a community could be better, and that MMR would maybe decline after not playing a killer for a while. I think it would really help people coming back from long breaks from a certain killer or just in general. Also can we please get a voice chat so we can coordinate as random survivors I feel this would make solo-queue survivor a better experience (which is another can of worms Im not even going to open, BUT ITS BAD). Anyways im going to go back to playing DBD, because I cant stop playing it.

Very fun game, one of my personal favorites. If you buy this game you need to play both as Jill and Leon (Leon first preferably). I cannot stress this enough. My only complaint with this game is the fact that the title guy doesn't say "Resident Evil" upon clicking the title screen to play.

This game is worth playing, just to hear the guy say "RESIDENTTT EVILLL".

If you happen to find this game, play it. It is definitely a relic of games. But is very very fun.

A very fun game once you understand its mechanics. However I will add that this game requires you to play an extremely large fee to get all its content, which is especially annoying considering like half the fun factions are locked behind a paywall. However I still have been having fun, however I'm afraid this game might kill me as one time I played for a few hours straight and when I got off I felt like I had the life sucked out of me. So be cautious I guess lmao.
