If you're wondering about the "GAME BAN", Its for Rust. I played about 15mins of its early release in early 2014. Fast forward to 2023, and the Game Dev banned me. Safe to say it could have been use of Achievement Manager to remove the achievements o received from the game. But best to ask the dev is you're THAT curious.
