Alright! Now that I feel I have played quite a bit on release date, I feel I can give a good review.

So far this has been a game that is clicking for myself and a lot of my friends. The reasoning this is huge is we all like different things. Some like to explore, some like story, some like the souls like challenge of the bosses, and then learning in preparation for the optional PvP.

The character creation is truly wonderful and so in depth that you could get lost in it for hours on end trying to make the perfect character do go on this journey with you.

There are mysteries everywhere and things to explore, abilities that open up new opportunities, and just overall funny interactions in the world that you can do. I have had my a** whooped by an old man in an arena that I thought I would win easily.

There are difficulty options for your single player campaign, you can go the hardest difficulty (currently available) for a bit more of a challenge but also flexing rights. Then, you can also just go with the recommended difficulty that the game suggests. I truly believe this addition alone is what allows this game to click with so many people without making them want to cry in a corner from being beat by a old man (I may have cried, we don't talk about it).

The co-op is quite seamless and you there are so many social aspects that you can interact with that add that much more to the game. The game looks great, the combat is satisfying, and it is quite well optimized (performance wise) in my opinion.

Go ahead and give it a shot, it is free. If it is just not your style, all you lost was time. Best of luck out there friends, and I hope you enjoy your time like my friends and I are enjoying ours.

I have been truly having a blast with this game in a quiet unhealthy way. Once I get sucked into it, I will play it for hours at a time.

I am on Linux using proton version "GE-Proton9-11" and it felt smooth.
Shaders would drop my FPS down to 30s which is fairly expected with AMD which is why they are off.
Super resolution @ 90 seemed to help with FPS while not greatly affecting visual quality.

Honestly, I do not know how to describe the feeling during this game.

Took a step into it not expecting a lot other than being recommended to play it. Felt happy and sweet and slowly transformed into something more, something complex.

There was a certain level that I played The Cleaning Level which made me quite emotional. This game will speak to some people and may not speak to others. It spoke to me and honestly, it left me just lost in thought afterwards. Lost in appreciation in how one has described what so many people experience into a short 1.5 hour long game.

I would personally recommend this game and give it a chance, it is $10.00 and only 1.5 hours long. Be open minded and do not base your view on the game on peoples comments. Just dive straight in and relish in the story and after thought.

Honestly this is just an overall enjoyable game, it is great with friends and quite competitive! Looking forward to see where this goes :)

So far it is well made and it looks great! Have not gotten that far yet but looking forward to it. I would highly recommended it to anyone who wants to support a small group as well as just enjoy have a fun time with some scares, it is October after all!

Just got this game, but I have seen some videos on it and it looks great and feels great! I see so much potential with this game and it becoming a thing that movement enthusiast will enjoy. I will update this more one I have played it more but so far I love it. (6/9/2022 @ 69 minutes played)

I rate this game 10/10, I convinced my friend to buy the game...little did he know, my plan the whole time was to trap him in a hole with a buuuuunch of graaaapes. I eventually joined his server and acted friendly to him, I may or may not have put a locator/beacon on him but we do not talk about this. Once he accepted me as a friend this is when I started to plot againts him and put my plan in action. Luckily in my case we spawned in a desert with a buuunch of trees and what do you know? Grapes... grapes were everywhere in the trees. I eventually made a hole that he thought I would just put one grape in, but little did he know... my plan the whole time was to put a bunch of grapes in the hole. I eventually collected 20 grapes in that hole and then I trapped him in the hole. My grape addiction eventually made my friend quit the game and almost refund the game. I have learned that grapes ruin relationships, so be careful with the grapes kids...they are dangerous. But in my honest opinion I rate this game 10/10, so get it and convince your friend to get it too :)!
