Extremely good so far. Normal difficulty isn't easy and mistakes are punished ruthlessly. Game play loop is fun and the rewards for missions make you feel like you are making progress in a sort of XCOM way.

If you enjoyed Monster Train... what are you even doing reading reviews go and grab a copy right now! It's packed with surprises, even when you think you've seen it all more fun things keep falling out of the package! Without spoilers I can tell you that this game is bigger than it looks! This is honestly a good contender, for me, for Game of the Year already and I have a very strong feeling this will be a 1,000 hour game. Bring on the DLC please!

An impressive improvement on Frostpunk's great formula - this one requires you to juggle people's politics as well as the cities resources. The game features a lot of things which were introduced as FP1 DLC, but they all work much better in this new game.

Cosmoteer is a fantastic addition to the genre of block building vehicle games - it's already stable and efficient with huge future potential.

With the addition of single player this game has become a great RTS game with plenty of depth and replayability.

IF you are a fan of the original three STALKER games and don't mind the bugs / jank then this is an instant recommendation. They have managed to produce a game which is huge in scope (I've barely scratched the surface) but the key elements that made STALKER memorable are all here. A game about surviving, exploring and occasionally running for your life.

Pacific Drive won't be everyone's cup of tea - but I got a lot of good hours out of it. It's a fun romp with some stressful mechanics and the occasionally glitchy frustrations. The plot was good overall, but minimal and towards the end it gave me the impression that planned content was cut before launch which might have expanded the story experience. However, it's an easy recommendation for players interested in a slow build up and progressive exploration game.

Absolutely fantastic. Great sense of humour with jokes that land consistently. It's got elements of XCOM but also a fun story and the rewind mechanic makes it into a playground. Can't recommend it enough.

One of the original and still one of the best roguelites. When you combine this with the Multiverse mod you get FLT 2.0 for free!

Loving playing this cooperatively using the Seamless Coop mod. It makes the game much easier, which I'm absolutely fine with since I'd rather win the game than stop playing because I can't get through the bosses without grinding.
