Incredibly fun boss rush game that doesn't overstay its welcome and challenges the player to use every aspect of their kit given to them. Also incredibly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good music

10/10 - Fun gameplay loop with each boss being fun in their own way.

"Can I get terraria?"

"No, we have terraria at home"

Terraria at home:

Interesting idea but the execution leaves MUCH to be desired. Honestly feels like a demo or proof of concept for a space themed terraria, but without hardmode.

5/10

I think everyone by now has heard about the amazing come back this game has made over the years. It's all true. My only advice is to realize this game is what you make of it. It could be a exploration game, a screenshot sim, a building game, a lore-story adventure game, fully sinking into the colony aspect of the game.

But all roads lead to you needing *money*. Regardless of how you come to this path, this is what you're grinding for and trying to obtain. And this game can easily become a tycoon game, where you want to just play for the sake of driving your profits higher.

If any of that interests you, get it! Oh yeah and it's all Co-op too

7/10 Slow start but let it cook and take initiative as a player.

Cautionary recommend. This is THE payday 2 with the effort, gunplay and mechanics that are still fun to this day.

Caution with investing into the game, because Starbreeze is still "updating" the game, sometimes to make it *less* stable than it already is. Along with the forced matchmaking with epic servers, the game is hanging on a thread. It's a beautiful golden thread that will net you hundreds of hours with a variety of builds and more weapons than you could dream of. But once it snaps, I fear this game will also shut its doors.

8/10 Make your own crew to play with. Don't do stealth unless its for an achievement

Want a good Payday game? https://store.steampowered.com/app/218620/PAYDAY_2/

Want a good co-op FPS centric game? Play Hell Divers 2, Darktide, Deep Rock Galactic instead.

Every creative or hard working employee that made PD2 such a good game has left a long time ago. This was just a desperate cash grab.

It's been 5 months and there has only been a single meaningful update. If you're wondering why this game isn't being prioritised then google "Project Baxter starbreeze"

2/10 Heist on my wallet and trust of the company

I gotta be honest chief. The nostalgia has worn off and it may be a good game at its core, it's kinda run its course. Nothing wrong with trying and if it tickles your fancy? Go ahead. But time has worn this game down, it's stagnated, everything that could be done HAS been done. Valve's been making worse choices every year for cosmetics and maps on every event. And the game is genuinely an eyesore.

If you want custom game modes in the source engine just spend the $10 and buy Gmod

7/10 Great game in it's hayday, community will keep its heart beating, but the soul is quite frankly gone.

Scratches the same itch that BL2 left in me. Once you get past the tutorial and intro to the game, you'll sink right into the looter shooter aspect. Also full of secrets and puzzles that genuinely made me think and pull out paper and pen to figure things out. Treats the player with respect to deduct and figure out these things, and aren't simple "spot the difference" puzzles made for children

8/10 Also it has co-op that has friendly fire innately on

I only have 25 hours here but I have probably 1000 on my PS3.

Dragon's dogma is unlike any other game in the RPG genre. Too often you'll be looking into RPGs to play and get met with rather uninteresting combat systems or designs. Many pit falls forcing games to be isometric "right click and use abilities on cool down" or generally slower paced combat. Dragon's Dogma fixes all of that by having real time combat dependant on skill and player gear, whilst still having build variety, expression of player choice, interesting monsters and combat designs. It's made by the same team that did DMC.

The only thing holding this game back was its budget and time restrictions forcing the director to scale his ideal down to 40% of the original plan.

10/10 They're masterworks all, you can't go wrong

The only good bug is a dead bug!

One of the best co-op experiences you can look for. Most co-op games have short comings of lack of end game or reason to play once hitting 'max level' .Devs consistently add new content and FREE battle passes to have something to work towards. New overclocks, new cosmetics, assignments and generally just an overall enjoyable experience. And no paid DLC for content, aside from cosmetics that are just bonuses to support the devs

9/10 Amazing Dev team running the show, great core gameplay loop and great end game to get MORE than your money's worth

Early Access Review
Miss chatrooms? Club penguin shut down getting you down? Miss just hopping onto forums and interacting with those sites like neopets or flight rising? This is the next best thing in the modern age. Plentiful full of minigames and achievements to keep you going back for more. It's early access and the Devs are still reliably adding content years after their launch.

7/10 Plenty of minigames galore to play with, but your experience will vary depending how social you are. Try and have an open mind and meet new people and you'll love this game
