I will start this off with what I dislike. I do not like the way the playable characters look. I have not unlocked all the cosmetics but besides the cat and the old dude with the sword and shield, the others look like they all have something wrong with them. They are all chiseled in the face looking like johnny bravo is all of their dads or some ♥♥♥♥. Its like they were looking at an actual picture of the Bogdanoff brothers while making their faces. I wanna like the reaper character and Silo but i just cant. The reapers head size erks the actual ♥♥♥♥ out of me. Its so small
I guess the TLDR of this is characters look like DEI designed slop for DEI gobbling pigs. I am not a pig and do not like the slop design

Outside of that the game is awesome. I also love the story behind the game. They were able to rerelease their own game without the publishers awful MTC. The game is so solid with so many ways to customize. They do a pretty good job with hero abilities, albeit sometimes they are repetitive (throw bomb, throw grenade type abilities) but they honestly work with the kits and I do quite enjoy them, specifically Silo. Honestly, Silo with Venomess's gun it pretty hype. Also I have never played a game that gives so much love to daggers. It's incredible. Im a bow and dagger player in RPG's and the lack of bows is made up for with the dagger's combat.
At combat - Its great. It is not slop. It's thought out and fun. People will compare it to something like souls like, but it is not. Its more of a methodical hack and slash with abilities that also provides you with a dodge.

NGL, Ive been playing this game while my GF yaps at me so I don't know about the story but the voice acting isn't awful. Im kind of a stickler with sound stuff and they have not let me down yet. I like this game. I like this studio and the devs, even if the designs for the characters did come from them and not their publishing.

Seriously though, they look very uncool in a similar way to a lot of boarderlands characters.
Oh also I don't think you can increase weapon attack speed which is unfortunate.

Give the game a try, it's entirely worth it

This is a really cheeky shell for a game with a lot of potential, provided the dev gives it time and love. As of now, outside of collecting, training and breeding, there isn't a whole lot. This isn't bad as it is EA. This game could be an awesome creature collector game. Cant wait to see it's updates

The game is amazing. The update was rough at first but they fixed it. I absolutely love this game. There is so much room to grow with it and the systems and builds. The game is hard but also rewarding. Its hard in the same way souls games should be but in my opinion, this game rewards you much more.

I really hope these reviews change. There is nothing wrong with this game really. If you're on the fence about this game, just get it. Youll be hooked so quick

This game is pretty similar to every unreal survival crafting game. Please make the survival aspect of the game better. The thirst meter is the absolute worst thing. I wish it took way longer to get both hungry and thirsty. These mechanics suck

Update:
After spending 20+ hours in the game now, I can say that the survival depletion rates are way too fast. Being able to adjust these or remove them completely would make this game a 10/10 for what early access can provide.
This game is on or above the same level of Enshrouded and in several ways, does what enshrouded wanted to do (combat) but better.
Building is second only to valheim
Game is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ grind and I know a grind cause Im maxing an osrs account

This game also turns your computer into a nice little space heater.

I am unable to play the game at all. My computer is not an old or low budget system. The game will open and black screen and then force close. I have followed every single instruction from this video with no success ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6gsCAap9iTU )

I want to play this game so badly but it's just not going to happen. I hope the patch they release will fix the problem

I don't write a lot of reviews but I think this one deserves it. This is an absolutely cheeky game. The gameplay is about as complex and deep as skyrim and all the systems are simple enough to understand by the second chapter in the game. This simple system gives you a pretty large variety of ways to approach the game with all of them being viable. The story is really good and actually makes you feel angry and sad. I have scarcely feel this way about dialog in video games.
The game gives you some choice, but you really do not have choice in this game. It feels a lot like going through Bethesda game dialog. The factions are cool especially since they're both kinda wrong, but you as the player cant really do anything about it because you're just a cog in the wheel of the game

This game is great and is the best game ive played this year. Im really looking forward to updates on the game and future games like this
Also i hope devs do not remove the iron bug.

Fun game. Looking for a fast paced moba. I like the art style and movement of the game but but I have a hard time liking the way the champs look. They're mostly kinda bland.

I played the game a decent amount during beta. During this time, my experience with this game was exhilarating. Matches were fast paced and could get nail-bitingly close. This created an extremely fun and addicting game play loop. Beta was a 9/10

Not that the game is out, I feel like the game has slowed down. The item system they added feels more like an auto chess item system and it gives no definition to how a player really wants to play their character. Having 3, 2 out of 3 matches feels a but unnecessary and makes games take much longer than they should. I really liked the game before and I never thought twice about playing it but now I have a hard time queing up because the pacing of the game is much, much worse.

I appreciate the devs trying to redefine the equipment system. Tbh the beta one was a bit 1 dimensional and lack-luster to say the least, but it seems that the way they implemented those changes really slowed down the pace of a game and the excitement I personaly get from it.

Please Devs, revert to the old game system and figure out a better way to do items.

Money well spent.
For an early access game, it feels better than a lot of other games like it out there. I love the polygonal designs and the variety of armor and weapons.
Im currently level 31 in game and I'm just blown away with the skill trees. It's actually ridiculous. The Devs also are very transparent with roadmaps and things. I like the game and would like to see it fiscally successful

cheeky game right here. I was a taken back when i walked into what i thought was a miners cave but it wasnt. No. Instead I was I blasted with some mfin Goa Psytrance. I had no idea they'd be dropping acid in that cave. ♥♥♥♥ was dank. Yo I slid on my boy and got a few tabs and partied with the boiis
