Played the demo back many years ago, waited patiently and this game is more than I could have asked for. From a music teacher, play this game.

Risk of Rain 1 was one of my favorite games already, and taking it to 3D just makes it all the better, I HIGHLY recommend this if you are looking for a game to waste multiple hours on in one sitting and I look forward to all of the new characters, items, stages, and collectibles in the future.
(Also the tri-tip dagger damage scaling for bleed is broken and I love it)

The reason I downloaded steam, loved it back in 2013, still love it today.

I still do not recommend getting into this game. It appears to be dead and Valve isn't much committed to delivering quality updates year-round. Unless they ship another major update to the game, modernizing it hopefully to Source 2 or something, I won't be changing this to a positive.
