-rep for those who don't know already this guy isn't real, its a bot account. He is programmed to steal your data. He primarily lurks in a handful of TF2 servers in which he would choose the Spy class and spam voice-lines. You'll know for sure if hes in your game if he doesn't even fight back, 100% of the time he will run away and spam his voice-lines. He is coded to do that to keep you in the server longer, allowing him to brute force your account without you noticing. (For those who don't know brute forcing is where you use a tool that is programmed to try every possible password combination. Given enough time your account will be cracked and it will send a notification to the host allowing him to steal all of your precious skins and cosmetics.)
