Lately the game has become a drag as team imbalance has become a huge sore thumb. High ranking players keep team switching to attack or players switch to the winning team. This causes a team stack and it's just a constant steamroll with new players getting stomped. The studio has failed to address these issues and have made it even harder for defending teams to win by nerfing defending objectives. It's as if they're appealing to people with short attention spans so they get their dopamine fix.

I do not recommend this game to anyone in it's current state. Stay away until problems are ironed out and team balance is actually a thing.

Do not buy this game unless you have a lot of time to invest. The initial fun spike in the first hours of playing is great, however, unless if you have a large amount of time to play the game don't play it long term. Matchmaking is nonexistent so if you are a new player you will get demolished by veterans over and over. Be a masochist, or don't play it.

The graphics are great, the weapons are great, the combat is difficult to learn. The community is the worst thing known to mankind and if you thought a Call of Duty lobby was bad, picture that and League of Legends mixed together. There's thick skin, then there's idiocy, just check the comments on other reviews, and you can see evidence of this.

tl;dr: Enjoy your day and don't buy this game.

I would definitely recommend this game. Alone, it's not the best because you cannot have AI teammates. However, if you have people to play with you it's an amazing experience! You can play multiple game modes, play co-op, pvp, and more! Check it out, I just wish there were more people that played it.

Graphics: Beautiful

Gameplay: Hack and slash similar to ARPG like Path of Exile, Grim Dawn, and Diablo. There is a LOT of loot!

Controls: It's easy to grasp and spells are set to hotkeys, autoattacking is set to your mouse by default.

Character customization: Lacking by a lot and it's very bland. However, you'll barely see your character features at all since it's always covered in armor.

Bad: They're having connectivity issues with their multiplayer servers and you cannot connect due to a massive influx of people.

TL;DR It's a beautiful game and it's very enjoyable and I really like it. The only issue is connectivity but it's release day and it'll resolve itself. Most of the negative reviews are from impatient people who want everything right away and have no shred of patience in their body.

Pros: This game follows the world making and park making that Planet Coaster followed.
1) The customization for your exhibits such as placing rocks, scenery, making your own enrichment items such as climbing platforms for your primates and large animals.
2) You can edit terrain, create lakes, make your exhibits look decent with various terra forming options.
3) The animal variety is abundant, it doesn't have the same amount that Zoo Tycoon did in the past, but it's enough.
4) The graphics and audio are beautiful.
5) The management tools are in depth and you can observe your finances on a spreadsheet, manage the routes of zoo keepers, select their abilities on whether they wish to clean or feed in exhibits, and you can assign them work zones.
Cons: A majority of them are bugs which have not been fixed yet.
1) A massive game breaking bug has occurred in which the zoo keepers do not refill the food bowls or water bowls for the animals and your animals starve. This is a bug that will be fixed eventually. (HOPEFULLY)
2) The path making controls in this game are abysmal and they're not simple and straightforward. They'll frustrate you and give you an aneurysm.
3) If it follows the same DLC pattern as Planet Coasters a lot of animals have been cut and they're going to be released as DLC content such as polar bears and penguins. (Maybe?) Due to the fact that you're able to make tundra exhibits with snow but yet animals that live in the snow are small in population. (Snow leopards and timber wolves).
4) The game crashes on selecting enrichment objects for your enclosures. There are also many circumstances in which the game crashes. There has been an announcement that these problems are being addressed but for the case of transparency it's a massive issue.

TL;DR The only reason to not buy this game is the zoo keeper non feeding bug (Fix coming soon?) and the abysmal path placement system.

Otherwise I give this game an 8/10 and it's a must buy if you loved the Zoo Tycoon series. This feels like a spiritual successor in many ways.

This game suffers from a grindfest to achieve what you wish to obtain. You either turn into a masochist or you become an elderly man before you reach top-tier without buying in. It also suffers from a dreary BR spread in which it's +1/-1 and you're forced against tanks that are of a better tech tier. It's frustrating and makes you want to eat glass. This game is a gem, however a gem that requires you to eat glass on multiple occasions to see what's truly inside. Play with caution because you'll sink a LOT of time into this game.

Pay no attention my current hours, I played the previous "version" on Steam for over 200 hours. This game used to be answer to all of my problems, it was the equivalent of Mount and Blade Warband mixed with Dynasty Warriors and a World of Tanks type UI. It was really fun, I enjoyed playing with my legion friends. However, all of that changed when the developers ceased paying attention to the community. There is a Chinese server/version of this game and that gets all of the attention. There is zero communication between the community and the developers now due to the community manager resigning because of frustration due to the incompetence of the developers. Do not play this. It is a dead game and the developers do not give a damn about their game. They relaunched this game due to the developers taking control of the project since the publishers could not deliver and it's following the same formula of crickets and months of 0 communication.

Tl;dr, it was once a great game, now it's dead because the developers do not give a damn. Please avoid it like the plague. Thank you. P.S (Count how many times I said the word "developers".)

I just bought this game a few days ago, clueless beyond all hell even after watching/reading a few guides. All questions have been answered in the discussions in a friendly matter and everyone seems nice (so far). I'm hooked and I don't regret buying it, it's a hidden gem! The graphics may seem unappealing but it's a fantastic sim! If you're into Rimworld or Prison Architect please check this game out! I may have barely any time on it, but I already know I'm going to binge it for the future to come. Gameplay is a 10, graphics are a 3, but when did graphics ever define a game? 8/10 for me overall.

This game used to be amazing, I loved it! I binged it due to the fact that you could drop in and out on a fly, play with your friends, and Valve Public Servers were easy to get in to. The queue times now take forever, casual servers are irritating to play on! This modernization that the developers are implementing is cutting the head off of the hydra. Eventually it'll run out of heads and this game will crash and burn. Before, I loved it, it was my favourite game, but now I don't want to touch this game with a 10 foot pole. RIP Team Fortress 2. :(

This game is literally cocaine... I've played hundreds of hours on the browser, and now I bought it here...I swear..I can't stop...help me... the wonderful twist on Mafia has me hooked. I recommend it, this game is amazing!
