Inferior to Quake because:
-Slope jumps do not exist
-Buffered jumps do not exist
-Switching weapons is janky by default

I actually do prefer this aesthetic though. If you're more of a Half-Life gamer this game will feel more natural since you probably have jump bound to the scroll wheel. This game would be perfect with wall jumps and slope jumps.
