I'm not gonna lie, I've played so much of this game (Xbox 360 and PC) that I've grown to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate how tedious and repetitive it can be, but I cannot lie and say that I don't reccomend this game. Borderlands 2 is basically an MMO-like RPG looter shooter, without it actually being an MMO, but instead, a 4-player cooperative game. It has 4 different and very diverse classes to choose from (6 if you bought the 2 extra character packs), and you essentially blast your way through a bunch of different areas, missions and enemies to get to the end goal of being max level, getting the best possible loot, and RAID BOSSES. There really is not much else to say about this game, as it is pretty easy for you to determine if you will like this game or not based on gameplay footage, and everything I just told you, and honestly, if you thought about getting this game, chances are you probably are going to buy it, or already have it.

It's a fine, repetitive time sink that you will most likely enjoy with friends/random people, or by yourself if you have no friends (Like myself 9 times out of 10). If I had to give this game a subjective review score, then I would give it an 8/10.

P.S: If you haven't bought the game yet, but want to, I'd reccomend you buy the GOTY (Game of the year) edition, along with the Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 2. Buying all of the little festive packs are perfectly fine to do, but they are not as required as the Upgrade Pack.

TL;DR: You like repetitive time sinks that are very fun to play with friends? Buy the damn game. 8/10
