How many of us forget to look back and remember what really happened during the 10 or 11day period of time that 165 Men held the Alamo againest 2000 to 4000 Mexican troops ,, giving Gen. Sam Houston time to assemble his Army which would { shortly }overcome Santa Ana and his forces to gain independence for Texas... In the last few days of the battle they knew without a doubt they would die ,, { they could of left many times } yet they stayed .. They thought Houston was coming , until the last 2 days . However they chose to die defending their homes and land which they legally owned rather than to give in .. Sounds corny , but this was when Men were Men and Honor & character meant more than life itself . From one Man who knows the fear of battle ,, with the smell of death close and pending . I Salute the brave Men of the Alamo standing fast with no quarter . I believe many Men have wished for a death of such honor and purpose ....

The missile guidance computer scenario works as follows. Because a variation has modified some of the information the missile has obtained, it is not sure just where it is. However, it is sure where it isn't, within reason, and it knows where it was. It now subtracts where it should be from where it wasn't, or vice-versa, and by differentiating this from the algebraic sum of where it shouldn't be, and where it was, it is able to obtain the deviation and its variation, which is called error.
