So many incredible souls fill this space,
With beauty that shines, a warm, heartfelt grace.
Yet shadows loom heavy, doubts start to creep,
In a world where good people seem lost in the sweep.

Amidst the chaos, where kindness feels rare,
I wonder if goodness is fading from air.
Corruption runs deep like a thread in the seam,
While love fights to surface, like a flickering dream.

So much affection, yet so much despair,
Love struggles to grow when deceit fills the air.
It wilts in the shadows, where trust has been torn,
Leaving hearts feeling heavy and spirits worn.

Cheaters emerge, with their charming facade,
Whispering sweet lies, like a well-rehearsed charade.
They claim they love fiercely, yet lie with ease,
Words wrapped in pretense, a heart’s cruel tease.

Pretenders abound, seeking comfort in masks,
Claiming that love is a treasure, a task.
They feign their devotion, just to feel whole,
But the heart knows the truth, it craves to console.

Love, oh sweet love, feels hard to believe,
In a world full of turmoil, how do we achieve?
Yet as I look closer, I see a stark fate,
Where hope fades to whispers, and trust meets its weight.

The gems that we seek, they feel far out of reach,
Lost in the noise, like lessons unpreached.
For amidst all the sorrow, the chaos, the strife,
It seems that real love has vanished from life. - A poem I made
