A labor of love that's a little rough around the edges.
I was a bit put off at first when the character animation didn't acount for the analog stick moving rapidly back and forth, but I quickly realised that it didn't matter, and started enjoying the game for what it is.
This is mainly a puzzle game, and I liked the puzzles throughout it. I never got stuck on any of them for more than a couple of minutes, and never had to consult a guide or walkthrough. They weren't too easy either.
Even though the story didn't resonate with me, I did appreciate the characters and would like to see more of the scholars.
I look forward to whatever comes next from this team!

VR Game of the Year.
A fully fledged standalone single-player story game made by a Triple A development studio.
It has a small scope and is slower relative to the other games, but it still feels like a true Half-Life game.

A great re-imagining of a classic. Worth it for both newcomers and people who've played the original.

Probably the best co-op game to test how well you can coordinate with each other.

If you don't like atmospheric games, you'll think it's boring. But if you do, you'll get a nice cinematic platformer with light puzzles that don't take too long to solve. You won't get any story fed to you, it's all in the environment.
