Great game gets old toward the end though

As of this moment writing this review, I've completed the story of Green Hell. The Story took me 10 or so hours, but please keep in mind, I really didn't focus on crafting and could of easily bumped it up to 20-30hours.

At first the game really does seem lost and confusing as planned, but as you continue to progress through the story each piece of the puzzle slowly comes together. The story had such an impact, it felt like I had eaten a cynide pill and had that feeling of blissfulness despite knowing I'll die not much late. (Not referring to gameplay, moreso to story.) This game has a story that's a tear jerker and highly recommend to someone who love/hates their heart strings being played with.

Did get this on sale, plan on doing survival, and quick note... Don't do the turtorial its the same as the beginning story.

Highly recommend for someone who wants a nice relaxing game with a story.

Its cute, its fun, and overall not a bad game. Caught it on sale for $10 and Id say it was well worth it.
I feel its a game that you can get a good 50 hours out of while not getting bored and its nice not seeing something rehashed out 10 million times.

Positives

Its cute, its exciting and the first 15-20hours are filled with awe. The next 20+ you're building on what you know and using the new tools you either built,bought and or accomplished. The game doesn't get really grindy and does its best to provide to someones adventurous spirit.

Negatives

Automating does get somewhat annoying. (Trying not to spoil it) I got really excited to finally get some helpers, but soon found out they're just as mindless as my chickens. They work and do 1 or two set things, but still just feel lacking.

Building/decorating

I feel trapped to my spaces. Decorations are cool but eh. (I would of liked to decorate inside my house...) You aren't really free to build your farm. I want to make a big slime pen, but youre stuck to these little squares. Not a huge deal, but I like having my freedom.

Overall its a good game. I really just have personal issues with the game. If you want a game to suck up time or trying to find a new game in general, I recommend Slime Rancher. I've only found one glitch which really didn't affect me. If you play for say 3ish hours, your vac gun gets sluggish on pulling fruits/veggies off of the plot. You restart the game and youre fine. Its not game breaking and considering Ive spammed my slimes and chickens everywhere, I'm shocked the game didn't just crash. Very well optimized and the devs of this game obviously wanted a good product.

Graveyard Keeper isn't Stardew Valley. GK has more in certain areas but feels undeveloped in other areas. I could easily put another 50hours (72 currently) completing it, but it starts to drag. The number one problem I ran into was, you'd get the quest item on day B, but you needed day A. So now you waited several days to complete the quest. It sounds minor, but it seems like every single quest was designed like this, which only draws the game out longer. (I'll try to cover the basics below without spoiling anything.) I'm at the point near the end, but feel slightly heart broken that after this big quest, you can't go back. (Keeping it vague for an obvious reason...) Crafting overall is cool, I felt the need to progress and the upgrades felt right. The game has a learning curve, but then it goes smoothly.

Crops

There's no point in crafting special foods because half the time you can't sell them. You get a high ranking item, try to sell it to say the bartender who gave you the recipe and he just glares at you. You want to help the Town, yet there isn't really many quests with them.

Incomplete Game Portions

Theres skill sets and or dialogue you can do/learn that absolutely have no purpose. You don't find these until late game, but still its an important piece to bring up.

Overall, the game on sale, it was pretty enjoyable. It has hiccups in terms of ingame, but its NEVER crashed, never shuttered, nor did it glitch out. I know the bar sounds low, but this game is extremely stable. You can have multiple processes with NPCs running all around, and the game seems to optimize everything correctly. I recommend the game because in the beginning, its great. It has a humor, looks awesome, but then slowly goes downhill toward the end. Just please, don't expect Stardew Valley. I also appreciate the fact, the game does not hold your hand. It gives you a basis to start on and if you **** up, you **** up.

Overall great game!!! Western gun smoke style that keeps you interested.

if you lose 2 rounds, make sure you remind your teammates how terrible they are

If you are in a good mood, play this game so you can be angry and pissed off. I think Trump played this game before running for president
