I cant believe a game from 2009 Still stands absolutely flawlessly in todays gaming age. Even if you are not blinded by Nostalgia this game will still amaze and excite you. Literally endless hours of entertainment if its on sale there is no reason not to buy it

Old Time Hockey isn’t trying to be EA SPORTS NHL — and that’s exactly why it works. This game throws modern realism out the window in favor of a scrappy, arcade-style hockey experience that’s loud, clunky, and full of charm.

From the intentionally loose controls to the over-the-top brawls, Old Time Hockey captures the chaos of a bygone era. It plays like a tribute to the kind of couch multiplayer mayhem you remember from the PS2 days. The mechanics aren’t perfect — expect some janky moments here and there — but the fun outweighs the flaws.

Where it really shines is in its story mode. You take control of a washed-up, bottom-of-the-barrel team fighting its way to redemption. The characters are ridiculous in the best way, and there’s a surprising amount of heart behind the humor.

If you’re looking for a serious sports sim, this isn’t it. But if you want a break from the polished, corporate feel of modern titles and just want to bash heads, score goals, and laugh your ass off, Old Time Hockey delivers. Sad to see there will never be a sequel, I feel like if there was this game would just keep getting better with future iterations.

Amazing unique concept for a game. So glad I was accidentally introduced into it from a random Nasher Video. Honestly great game and can only improve from here. Hope they add a franchise/season mode or career mode in the future.

Enlisted Review: Finally, the Authentic Pacific War Experience We’ve Been Waiting For!
The game has 4 factions to play as but I will be specifically examining the Japanese faction.
If you’ve ever longed to immerse yourself in the heat of the Pacific theater during World War II, Enlisted is the game to do it. The addition of the Japanese faction, along with their authentic weaponry and vehicles, is a game-changer for history buffs and war game enthusiasts alike. It fills a long-standing void in the WWII gaming space, where the Pacific front, especially from the Japanese perspective, has often been overlooked.

Right from the get-go, the attention to detail in the Japanese armory is absolutely stunning. From the bolt-action Arisaka rifles to the deadly Type 100 submachine guns, every weapon feels distinct and true to its real-life counterpart. The mechanics of the weaponry are incredibly satisfying, striking that perfect balance between historical authenticity and fun gameplay. Firing the Arisaka gives you that tactile feel of the period, and the quick draw of the Nambu pistol is perfect for those last-ditch survival moments. It’s a thrill to use them in the chaotic battles across the Pacific islands, where the terrain itself becomes part of the challenge.

The vehicles are just as impressive. Flying the Mitsubishi A6M Zero and engaging in dogfights feels like stepping into the boots of a pilot during one of history’s most intense periods. Tanks like the Type 97 Chi-Ha bring that thunderous punch to the battlefield, giving you a real sense of power and strategy as you roll through dense jungle or sandy beaches. The sheer effort that went into making these vehicles both visually and mechanically accurate is astounding.

Dont listen to the negative reviews. Yes this game has some flaws that in my opinion can be easily fixed but if you liked the original Dead Rising you will love this. This game is exactly the quality that should be expected of a remaster. it goes so far I might even call it a remake with all the new editions and lost data we got back from the first game.
