Great game that is still less than the sum of its parts. The Grace sections are fantastic but the Leon ones leave something to be desired. Doesn't commit enough to either of the two playstyles to fully flesh them out. Still a very enjoyable game.

Frame rate drops to 13 FPS at 1080p. Get the GOG version to avoid issues.

Terrible unplayable port of a great game. Not worth the server space it's hosted on

An enjoyable little puzzle game. I'm not close to finishing, but I look forward to chipping away at it over cups of coffee on Sunday mornings.

Cool little horror game! I absolutely love the cross over of horror and anthropology. It helps to lend the game a distinct identity. Hopefully the developer continues to create games that have this theme of human history and mythology crossing over with horror. I would love to support this kind of game! Great work!

An excellent quake-esque horror-themed shooter with fantastic enemy, weapon, and level design. An absolute blast of a time that doesn't overstay its welcome. Kinda wanna replay it just talking about it.

Rich worldbuilding, writing, and faction interaction mixed with meaningful player builds and choices mixes into an incredible RPG. It earns its reputation. The great modding scene also helps this title retain replay ability and relevance. The only problems I have with it are the lack of depth for the major "antagonist" faction depth (devs have stated this is due to time limitations), lack of difficulty, and everything is ORANGE. Might very well be one of the greatest RPGs of all time; people still talk about it for a reason. Worth the 10 bucks you probably spent on it.

Played several playthroughs on the PS3 version; looking forward to putting some time into the better performing PC port soon.
Imagine playing Baldur's Gate 1 with action combat. That describes how I feel about this game in my mind. Quite a few interesting classes that provide satisfying combat against a fairly large roster of monsters that require different approaches to defeat. However, the plot doesn't get going until the first city (took me several ng attempts before I finally committed to beating it) and the plot, while having some REALLY great moments, can be a little hum-drum.
I highly recommend sticking with it as the payoff of the main quest and the subsequent end game is worth the price of admission. The end game contains one of the best dungeons in gaming, right up there with Durlag's Tower in BG1.

An excellent sequel that continues the quality from AC2, while not being as big of a step up. The focus on one city was a welcome change from the longer/wider breadth of AC2 that allows the game to feel familiar yet fresh. The great mission and combat design remains, as well. If you like AC2, you'll like this.

An exceptional achievement in game design. The world Fromsoft made is rich, deep, and intriguing while it's mechanics are satisfying, if a little obtuse. Notable in its own right, this game requires some patience for a first timer, but can lead to an incredible experience. Highly recommend going in blind.
