I put over 100hrs into this game, and I used to love it. Put $100 into it as well. Now I came back, I start playing, and I realized it has hackers UP THE ASS and it's gone from a game I loved to a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cancer. My gear and character was reset, and the ♥♥♥♥ I paid for, was gone. Messaged the devs, gave them my receipt for my purchases and they "Can't do anything" about it since the ♥♥♥♥ I bought was for events, like halloween specials, christmas specials and because I went inactive. So the uniforms I spent $10-20 for a piece are gone too. So guess what? I got no character, no lvl 47 anymore, no more game I once loved. Guess what? This game sucks ass and I'm going to be going to steam. The whole thing about resetting my char was not in your EULA (After reading through) or your terms and conditions of payment, so ♥♥♥♥ you and I will get my money back.
