The DLCs adds new races and classes to the game, giving you more ways to approach the dungeon. I think the DLC are okay for the price. Each new race has a new class that goes alongside it, that you must complete in order to use the class with other characters, pretty much forcing you to use the new race at least once to play it with other combos. I think it's nice, as it forces some progression into the game. I think most of the classes are decent despite what people think. I don't see any of them as meta, more-so just different styles to play the game.

That's about all the good things I have to say about the DLC though. I love the new achievements, but a lot of the new achievements requires up to all 4 players to have the DLC to play a mix of races or classes. Feels a little cash-grabby to me. I realize not everyone cares about this, but people who wanna 100% the game are forced to have 4 other friends whom all have every DLC.

I wish there was more to it. The Incubus gets a new whip melee weapon, with way more range than a standard one but to my knowledge isn't a standard drop. Only he can spawn it. Makes me wish there was new items or areas added in these packs. In addition, why have a succubus in one pack, and an incubus in another? There's only minor tweaks between them unless you play their signature classes. Kind of diminishes the value of the packs. There's another DLC pack being released but it seems it's just new races and classes again.

TL'DR: It's 4 dollars. You aren't losing much getting this. If you love the game and want more out of it, you'll definitely get more hours out of trying the new methods. I loved playing the robot and focusing more on building turrets to gun down mobs of enemies, I think the incubus class is pretty weak, Shaman is pretty fun and strong and the insectoid is pretty fun. Just wish there was more to it. 6/10
