The following three comments wouldn't post as one due to going over the 1000 character limit, so I've posted them in reverse order to keep the three in logical order. Please do read them. I took mild offence at your comment on my profile (I tend to be overly sensitive since my accident)

I know I have no need to explain myself, but sometimes, I do anyway.

I have so much time on my hands after being forced into early retirement for the reasons I mention in the three comments below, that I do sometimes respond to what I consider ignorant comments.

Part 1:

Hi, thank you for your comment; yes I do have some shovel ware games, most gleaned from buying rubbish (c**p) bundled games; which I stopped buying back in 2017 as they were getting ridiculous; however, 13000 shovel ware games in my account, I think not. I don't believe you checked all 14 000+ games I have in my account; there are thousands of brilliant games in there (depending on what genres you enjoy and like). Sadly I doubt I'll ever be able to play them all fully. The main reason I have so many is because I was hit by a car speeding in excess of 60 mph almost 20 years ago. I was sent home with bruising and a sprain, but in reality I had four shattered vertebrae that lost me 4'' in height (I used to be exactly 6 feet, now I'm 5'8''.

Part 2:

I also received a serious head injury that left me with some brain damage. When all those were finally diagnosed over a year later I was forced into using high level opiate med's (fentanyl an Oxycodone) due to the acute pain I was suffering and I now have to inject, swallow and spread three different hormones onto and into my body due to the brain damage, because I no longer am able to produce three different essential hormones (my pituitary gland was macerated in the accident). Prior to my accident I was basically a casual gamer, that played games maybe once or twice a week; however, once I'd recovered enough from the accident to be able to sit up, I discovered that playing games really helped with my pain management; (It's called distraction therapy).

Part 3:

I also found that buying a new game and playing it also 'seemed' to increase the distraction (that's probably psychological). That basically is the main reason I have so many games. Anyone in their right mind couldn't possibly believe they could play so many games to their conclusion. Thankfully, all those games, at least the ones I have played, have helped my pain management significantly as well as help me stay sane.
