This is a visual novel by the japanese studio Key, which is famous for their heartbreaking visual novels.
It does not offer any choices, it's short (it took me about 4 hours to finish it), and it's good.

Soundtrack contains 8 small masterpieces. Voice acting is even better.

My only regret is that there is no HD version.

Absolutely recommended for anyone, who is in love with the stars and visual novels.
That story will stick with you for a long time.
