Edit: Yeah I got 225h in the game, so sure i got my money’s worth. But it is just not fun anymore. The changes made it feel more of a chore than a chill game.

I came back to Dinkum after a long break since I already had 225h in it and was excited for new content. But honestly, the game just feels way more tedious now.

The stamina rework kills it for me. Half your bar gone and you’re crawling everywhere. Gliding used to be smooth, now it sucks. Even power tools drain stamina, which just makes everything slower and less fun.

The game was always kind of grindy. Farming, animals, decorating, the mines. But at least parts of it was still chill enough to enjoy. Now it’s just extra grind stacked on top of the old grind, and less freedom to play the way you want.

I wanted to love jumping back in, but it really feels like these updates are just downgrades with a few added recipes.

Very frustrating to play.
