Probably the best F2P FPS game out there, but the comp is really bad right now if you want to play competitive TF2 go to TF2CENTER, ETF2L, UGC or something like that.

Also, the bot problem is GIGANTIC, there is no way you can play 3 rounds w/o having a bot join in, IMO fixing comp would be a really good ideea since right now the switch is way to brutal for 90% of the community, you'll get bullied everywhere if you don't know how stuff works.
