I enjoyed the game quite a bit to be honest; after I picked it up on sale I played for 2 hours straight. It's very easy to pick up and you can really get sucked in as you fight from island to island.

The reason I would not recommend buying is that today when I tried to load back up my save file I was repeatedly met with an endless loading screen, even after restarting the game and restarting my computer. If you look up this issue, it would seem other players have had it since 2018, but it has not been fixed. I was able to start up another campaign, but I'm worried that soon that file will also be impossible to access again.

When this bug is fixed, hopefully myself and other players can return to completing their saves. Until then, I can't recommend this otherwise fun game.

Put together strategy, realism, action, shooting, and a community with a lot of asswipes in it and you've got Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

Never thought any game could suck most of my life away more than TF2, boy was I wrong.

Note: I recommend also getting Gold and Brave New World.

Wonderful game, and if you're lucky you may not be sucked into the world that is the TF2 economy, or at least your wallet hopes so.
