Great Game

Slow start to the story, feels a bit aimless as the elders and the narrative feels 'stupid', but I think that is a deliberate play to demonstrate the failures of the AI project revealed later in the story.

The narrative becomes really interesting and sophisticated, with a great ending.

The DLC corrects the biggest problems I had with the game, which was empty sound design and character dialogue, interactions become much more believable and fluid and the plot of the DLC itself is just as interesting as the story, it really and truly adds to the main narrative too.

Short but funny and engaging

Surpisingly good game, movement better than the similar AC games of this era, seems like star wars Fallen order was inspired by it.

Story is kinda dumb, and collectables didnt interest me, but i wanted to max out weapons and abilities.

Great story, movement is obviously a bit jarring as it's an older game, but still holds up well.

Context is I played for the story rather than sandbox elements.

Episodes 1, 2, and 3 are horrendously dull and boring imo, the long ass walking missions seem pointless because the characters gave me zero interest.

However, episode 4 was actually quite good and I was disappointed that I episode 5 isnt out yet as I was actually intrigued to see where it headed.

I may change my opinion once the full story is released, but in its current state I cant really recommend it as I havent enjoyed it.

TL:DR dont buy it for the story, if you want a sandbox survival game you will probably enjoy this.
