I've watched this game since the developer had a CONCEPT. As of writing, I haven't finished the game 'cause I'm having too much fun webbing every little thing to the floor, walls and ceiling, and I'm trying to pace myself. It's hard to pace myself, though, because the game is so fun to play. I could waste SO much time just webbing things up, or flinging myself at the walls. Good job, SBug Games. Good freakin job.

Y'know, I saw this game back when pre-orders were available. I was VERY cautious, seeing as how it had no gameplay trailers leading up to release until only about MAYBE a day or so before, if not a week, but I gave in anyways because when I had preordered, it was my birthday, and it looked like a fun thing.

My original thought was that it looked kind of like a D&D styled Souls-Like game...

It's more like a D&D styled Souls-Like Ripoff. You can even see it in their primary controller scheme. They TRIED bringing a D&D feel to an unfinished, poorly balanced D&D style game. They succeeded in THAT at least.

My biggest gripe is that while I leave this review, barely having played the game, I can tell it's going to be a slog to play it alone. It's meant to be played with friends, no matter what difficulty. There is no dynamic difficulty that will scale the game from solo to co-op, meaning no matter what you're facing, be it a lowly goblin (which are MILES easier in actual D&D to fight), to an ogre, to any boss: It's going to be a Damage Sponge with broken AI.

I'm not going to address more than this, as I've already seen a TON of reviews going over problems, so I guess I'll end this with three more statements.

First: A heavier Damage Sponge does NOT equal a higher difficulty. It just angers players.
Second: I'm seeing this with less than an hour of playtime as of writing this. I cannot keep engaged BECAUSE everything is a damage sponge, on top of the janky camera and controls that feel like I've superglued my hands to a controller that's being drowned in Molases. As of now, I MIGHT play a little more, but I'm having a hard time believing myself when I say that.
Third: IF (and what should be WHEN) this game is patched to a point of playability so that I'll NOT be trying to tell myself every five seconds it might get better, despite the game refusing to give me my preorder items and Deluxe Edition stuff (YES. I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE THIS DESPITE THE GAME SAYING I CAN GET IT IMMEDIATELY.), I will edit and/or remove this review. Until then, I cannot say that I enjoy this game for the life of me. Frankly, I'd rather go play Dark Souls again.

Main game: Pretty okay.

Online: Watch out if you find a glitch or manage to get the random bug where it just will not work with your PC 'cause they couldn't program ♥♥♥♥ to work right.

If it's the former: Oh no! You better report the glitch immediately and hope they don't ban you for accidentally coming across a small glitch that affected NOBODY.

If it's the latter: Too bad, so sad, you're like my friend with a good rig that won't run it for no reason.

In other words: ♥♥♥♥ this game, and ♥♥♥♥ Take Two/Rockstar.

I got this game as a Gift from a friend. It's probably one of the best games I could have gotten, too. Multiple endings, plenty of extra content, just a fun game all around.

I like Monster Hunter. I really do.
I've had this game for a short amount of time, and I have to run it on what amounts to a toaster shoved into a bootleg Xbox 360 case... Even with that...

I can still enjoy this game a whole lot. Like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I don't know if it's my bias for liking this game, or if it's just super fun to run around like an idiot, smacking giant monsters on the head with a musical instrument. I intend to play this game for a while, and I'm gonna enjoy every second of it.

"You may die... What am I saying, you WILL die. But don't get mad. Just power through. One of these days you'll beat those bosses." -Some Dark Souls Veteran

"... God why do I like this game so much?" -Me after killing the final boss.

I used to love playing Fallout 3. This is of course in 2017 when we have Fallout NV and Fallout 4 now, but I still love it. And while I will always recomend it.... I just can't play it anymore. The Technology has outpaced it, and Bethesda refuses to fix any compatibility problems (And why would they now? Again, it's 2017 and they've got that whole Creation Club fiasco).

This is one of the better free to play games out there. It has its own unique mechanics that make it fun and a good story (if you're willing to find it). Quite honestly, it's the only game I really play anymore. XD

Good job DE! Keep making it better. XD

Pretty fun game. On par with the impossible game, but more rewarding and fun. Also has great music.

One of the best games I've ever played. Great story, fun gameplay, and online servers allow you to play with your friends.

I can't say much else that isn't biased towards me being a fan of DBZ, so I'll say a small biased bit! XD
Seriously, all the DBZ fans out there have been waiting for a game like this. All of us have our own fan characters, and now this game allows us to actually use those characters in the DBZ universe! And what with so many customizable options, it makes the game so much fun! You can create whatever character's within your mind, then give them some of the famous moves from the DBZ universe like a Kamehameha. Now all we're waiting for is a game like this that allows you to play on the side of good OR evil. Get to work on that Bandai Namco Entertainment and DIMPS, and you'll be seeing me throw my entire wallet at you within seconds!
