I can't even be too upset about this one. This was a skin I already wanted, and then it also came with COD points, that gets me two battle passes worth of content which also hold additional COD points in them...

I'm not gonna say it's "worth it" but as someone who already wanted the skin, I'm happy to see it was a pro pack with all this stuff included.

The Finals is a bombastic and refreshing team based shooter by a lot of former Battlefield devs and you can absolutely tell. The destruction in this game is not window dressing, it is a core gameplay mechanic as important as aiming and shooting or moving around the map. The 3v3v3v3 format leads to a lot of chaos, but the chaos is manageable with the various classes and their abilities/equipment and the game really emphasizes teamwork while still being extremely fun and lighthearted.

Honestly this game really surprised me with how much I love it, I just really hope the future for this game is as bright as this launch has been!

It's Combat Arms as it existed in 2015. It's a much better experience than Reloaded, and I recommend it. Strong sense of community, with fun gameplay. It's old but it's a gem and for all of it's problems there is a reason I keep coming back all these years later.

I've put far too much time into this game in the brief time the MP has been out, so here are my initial impressions pre-december 8th launch.

Pros
- Game feel. This is the Halo game you've been waiting for since Halo 3
- Visuals. The game is beautiful and the return to the classic art style is much appreciated.
- Audio/Music. The weapon and vehicle sounds as well as the music are phenomenal
- Interesting new weapons.

Cons (oh boy)
- Customization.
As with Halo 5, emblems as we knew them are gone. You have a couple presets that can't be changed. RIP. Armor customization is super limited as well. Everything is separated into presets called cores, each with it's own helmets, attachments and colors. Yes, you can spend $20 on a white armor skin, and it will only work for 1 specific armor preset. It's needlessly restrictive and only done to make money. Speaking of which...

- Monetization.
Everything in the game is constantly pushing you towards spending money. Nothing is free. Want a new helmet? No unlocks. Only store bundles. Want to level up the battle pass? Do these complex challenges that were designed to be so frustrating that you'll pay for skips just so you can get a better one. There's a LOT of work that needs to be done here, and I haven't even mentioned the over priced store that's selling items previously advertised in trailers as being unlockable in the base game without spending money. I still can't get over $20 for the color white, and it only works on one specific set of armor. That's just insane.
- Lack of content.
7 Arena maps and 3 BTB maps. Barely any game modes. No forge, no coop, no firefight, Tons of missing weapons (no Shotgun/Magnum/DMR/SMG/Plasma Rifle/Spiker/Fuel Rod etc.) This game just doesn't have enough content at launch, and even if it did unfortunately we are stuck waiting until MAY 2022, 6 months away for more content. Call of Duty got it's first new map 2 weeks after launch, and has it's next season beginning a month after it's launch but I guess we have to wait 6 months because this game was totally ready to release and has no issues at all we promise.

Am I a little salty? Yes. Do I love this game? Yes.
I just want it to be the best it can possibly be and so much of this game needs work. I really hope they can get these changes done quickly. It seems they're really listening and trying to make changes so for now I will recommend the game. If changes do not come fast enough, I will edit this review and change my recommendation, but 343 you're on thin ice. These are the same complaints we had about Halo 5, so it's sad to see an even more barebones and troublesome launch than that game after 6 years.

Halo: Reach is something special. It's the cherry on top of the sundae. The bow that wraps a glorious present.
Is it, for lack of a better word, beautiful. It was the game that originally ended Halo. Bungie's swan song. Does it have some problematic additions? Oh of course. The game isn't perfect, but for what it is I wouldn't change a thing. It's the last game to actually feel like Halo, and really brings this collection home. The Master Chief collection is, in my opinion, the greatest compilation of games ever brought into a single package and it is absolutely worth your time and money.

Here's hoping Halo Infinite can bring the franchise back.

The worst Call of Duty campaign, and a pay to win multiplayer experience with b.s. specialists and boost jumping do their best to kill this game. However, Zombies Chronicles and custom Zombies keep this game chugging along. If you are a zombies player, this is a must have. If you don't play Zombies, stay far far away.

This game is my childhood.

This was the first MMO I ever got into and it keeps pulling me back in. I'm in love with the world, the music, the art style...
So much about this game makes me feel things, I haven't felt in years. Unfortunately the community has long died off. Many changes to the game stripped away what used to be there. This game will always hold a special place in my heart, the BGM will always be mixed into my gaming playlist, but I simply cannot recommend new players get into this game right now...No matter how much I love it.

It's gone.

Early Access Review
Is PUBG perfect? No.
Is it the best game of 2017? No, especially since it's still in early access and therefore doesn't qualify...

But is PUBG some of the most fun I've had in a long time?
Oh absolutely.
