Multiplayer is misleading as the only multiplayer supported is between people in the same room on the same screen. Not worth the price.

This is one of my favorite games at the moment. It's fun without being frustrating and while it's not technically a sandbox game, there are a number of solutions to each new challenge. The game encourages creativity and the player is free to approach each level in any manner they see fit. I've encountered few titles with more replay value. Whenever I have time to kill, I go back to this one to replay a level or two.

I'm not a fan of many survival horror games, as I don't like having to die repeatedly to figure out how to dodge monsters the right way. Amnesia isn't without its deaths, but logic and quick wits are the key to staying alive, not exact timing. The game is the first title I've played in a long time that I found to be actually scary. The story is gripping and I'd recommend it to anyone except children and those people who can't handle scary movies. The game isn't without its flaws, but I found it very immersive and difficult to put down.

This game is everything Diablo 3 should have been but wasn't. The only thing I liked better in D3 were the story and cutscenes. It appears that these elements have been improved since the beta, too. The game is also completely free. You have the option of paying for cosmetic items that don't affect gameplay, but there's no pay-to-win element like there was in D3. The gem system is great. The skill tree also allows almost limitless customization of characters. I highly recommend this to anyone who liked Diablo 1 and 2 and to anyone who's a fan of dungeon-crawlers.
