This is by far one of the best 4x games i have ever played! The customizability and fantasy themes are amazing and they keep adding more and more into the game.

Years Later and they are still improving the games system and adding factions and races that feel good and fun to play with. Vampires was a surprising and fresh touch. This is currently my favorite 4X hands down.

One of the greatest grand strategy games ever made, spanning almost a decade of work and polish focusing on one of the most in-depth fantasy (And beyond) settings. The content for this game is dizzying, the replay value with all the different factions and leaders is enormous, and they are not done. Seriously one of the masterpieces of our time.

One of if not the best remasters of a game i have ever seen. If you enjoyed or loved the original the Pixel remasters in general are the standard that all remasters should follow, but the remaster of Final Fantasy 6 is their best work, from the pixel graphics to the soundtrack (that made me cry at some cases) the attention to detail is a literal love letter to the original developers. I cannot praise this enough.

When it came out for the NES back when i was a child, this game was my favorite game for such a long time. As it has aged and become dated, sometimes i still enjoy coming back and playing it for the nostalgia, but now there are many many other ways to play it, as it has been remade multiple times. This version and all the Pixel Remasters for that matter is the best and ultimate way to play the older final fantasy games. There has been some alterations to the game, such as a more tuned Xp Curve and Money Generation, which will appeal to more modern audiences, and quite frankly the grind to me was the only issue i ever had with the original game and that is gone. Or things like this version is the only version the spell Dispel isn't broken and not working. The major thing for me is Pixel Remaster keeps the original design of the game intact while still upgrading it to a modern scope. Its updated, but so faithful to the look and feel of the orignal. And then there is the soundtrack, while people have been torn or debated other things about this game, hands down its unanimous that this soundtrack is mind blowingly good and superior. Seriously if you want to play the original final fantasy, this is it, hands down.

10 years later and i am actually somewhat upset that they keep adding content. I mean come on, i have beaten it so many times now and they keep wrecking my Achivement progress on this game with more and more to get and do.

If you have not played this yet and are even remotely interested in this Genre, stop putting it off and play it, you will not be disappointed.

Seriously one of the best sim management games i have ever played. And one of the very rare circumstances where early access was a success and not ♥♥♥♥. They kept updating, maturing and creating this game into what it is, and continue to support and update it afterwords. This game is a shining example of how the industry and attitudes should be vs what they actually are. Support these guys they are the real deal.

Hands down the best (or only?) space grand Strategy date.

So this Metroidvania style game is really good. Controlling the Character is Smooth, the weapon orbs and combinations you can wield are a lot of fun. The Sprite Graphics are excellent. Power ups, items, all of it are really good. There are multipule endings and the story is mostly great. All in all i recomended it.

It had a couple glaring flaws. This game is heavy with the LGBTQ agenda, and while i am a supporter of Equal Rights for all well.... as the game went on i found the fact that practically every person in the game being gay or trans was unrelistic and the lengths they went to regal me with this fact was riddiculous..... and the only actual heterosexual relationship was villanzed, i feel that this was a little much, specially for a game. I would go into detal but spoilers.

Game mechanic wise the orbs "Level" not that that really means nothing. Its practically useless, as the orbs need to level a lot just to gain an Atk Power and in the grand scheme of the system its unessesary to have a good time and play with all the options.

Thats it though, its still absolutely worth playing as a game it is good. Minus the Agenda.

The best free to play experience you will find. i have never been so happy with a free to play format as this. This game does not abuse duplicates when openening packs, and is honest and fair with there packs eventually granting you a full and complete set. There is no abuse here in the F2P format which is why they are prolly shutting it down, i never spent a dime and i got 2 almost 3 completed sets now. And you can play with others against the computer for coins to buy packs. Its a lot of fun and worth playing.

This is one of if not the best final fantasy made. The story is fantasic, and its not an easy game. There is a ton to do and its really cool that this version has unreleased content and various bug fixes from the original. The graphics improvements are alright while keeping it faithful to the original and the soundtrack is as good as it always was. This game is a must if you are trying out or playing this series at all.

I will give a warning though. Classic Final Fantasy Achivements on steam are a total Nightmare. I am glad i replayed this title, but i did it to do all the achivements which had never exsisted till now, and unless you are a hardcore completionist i suggest dont. Trying to do them all in a single playthrough will change how you play the game, and honestly, some of them are so ridiculous, horribly missable or just plain grindy it actually ruined the experience a bit and i wish i just played for nostalgias sake.
