One of the best entries into the Extraction Shooter genre in years! A blast to play and the monthly updates is the best format for labour of love similar to the Rust devs. Looking forward to future development!

Loving this so far, haven't reached the endgame PVP content but the early-mid game feels good. Tech paths make sense and have a well-timed progression to them. Overall I'd say this game is a mix of Subnautica survival (Harsh but easy to maintain supplies) and Mass Effect combat. This game does an amazing job of bringing the Dune universe to life! Would recommended in it's current state!

As someone who struggled to get into DD1, DD2 is an improvement overall for someone looking to get into the franchise. My focus throughout my play-through thus far is mainly exploration and random encounters, I believe this game delivers epic situations that feel organic. Overall PC performance is good without DLSS, after years of laptop gaming, I'm personally not bothered by a single player game sometimes dropping to 40 FPS instead of 60 fps. Haven't touched micro-transactions and there's really no need unless you have extremely limited gaming time and want a boost. Looking forward to QOL patches on Steam.

Game has potential as the next Dead by Daylight but due to serious bugs/entitlement the game is currently dead since launch.

Killers are extremely OP and will ruin your day with tracking abilities such as a radar gun that blips with movement, "True sight" which sees through walls for 2 seconds, and a green aura that highlights any players through walls that are touched by it. For a game called Hide or Die it refuses to let players hide in its beautiful and creepy environment.

Before buying check out the player base for any increases because 2 weeks after launch there is 30-50 players total depending on the time of day. This make is so the player base flocks to a singular game mode which becomes boring after awhile.
