Gripping story and great writing for dialogue.
I don't have much to say as I wouldn't want to spoil anything, as going in blind may be the best decision.

Positives: 1. Characters are mostly written to be realistic, save for a few people or certain speech options. Sometimes it's meta or silly but it's always funny and done well. Regardless you should become fond of the people if you get sympathetic for video game characters.
2. Very good art design, it's easy to just look around at the world and enjoy everything you see.
3. Atmosphere. I can't say why because even that could spoil things somewhat, but it hits hard.
4. If you can figure most things or all the things out yourself, the game has a good end of day screen that really makes you feel rewarded for everything you did right.

A few negatives are: 1. It's a point and click game so expect some obtuse puzzles. Keep a save at the beginning of the day, and just go through with as much as you can, and then end the day. If you messed up, the end screen will most likely help you figure out what you need or did wrong. When you go back, comb every part and do things differently, use every item on everything.
2. Achievement screen can kind of spoil things. Not too much, but it gave me hints, Should be hidden or more vague (like some items or puzzles in the game).
3. Multiple endings, which I like here, especially the way it's done, but some want to beat a game on the first run through. But the narrative makes a "new game plus" run continue from the first in a satisfying way.

Regardless, pick up the game at full price or sale, as no matter what the value is there, and you likely haven't or won't play a game like this.

Interesting world, fun combat encounters, and really good dialogue and writing. The classes are also really varied.
If you're low on time/bad at focusing on one game for many hours/have a hard time coming back to games after a break I would recommend against this game. It's great but it's difficult for me and I'm usually good at finishing games.
The world has a lot of interesting and unique themes. The religion and behind the scenes cosmic horror elements are not something I'd expect out of something like this.
The combat encounters (particularly the non-random encounters) are challenging. If you're new to Pathfinder and DND/CRPGs such as this, like I was, I recommend turning down the difficulty a tad. Mess with the settings as you play though, as the difficulty should still be up there so you can go fine tune the challenges.
The hard choices are hard to make, and I recommend not looking up guides or the solutions to things - you'll feel more rewarded. The dialogue and dialogue options are better than a lot of other RPGs on the market.
I picked a more simple and straightforward class for my play through. I imagine if I go back for more runs, I'll have most of my fun trying out the different or more complex classes, and learning how to not just single level one class but instead pick up skills in different classes.

No game has been able to make me feel like investing this much time into a game in years AND actually enjoy it instead of it feeling like a chore.
If you want a game that might reinvigorate your enthusiasm, like RPGs, challenges that aren't outright unfair, and feeling rewarded for your time spent, take a look and maybe take a chance on this game.
Without a doubt this will be my most played game this year, and most played game on Steam one day.

This has to be easily one of my favorite games ever. Never have I been so enticed by a game, where I'll spend hours upon hours just playing, staying on for 12 hour periods sometimes, and won't stop. I can honestly thing this is one of those games that I will never get bored of. There is always something I'm learning, and I love it. With the distinct classes that have their own personalities, I never get tired. Every one is unique, every one plays differently, and I love every one. The lore isn't inside of the game (it slightly is), but it is outside of it, in the videos, the comics, and the website. There is so much you can learn about them when it's an online game only with no real lore, but somehow makes it's own in a way I don't think has ever been done. Another great thing is how all of the classes have a rock-paper-scissors kind of vibe. A spy goes after engineer so he can take out his buildings, but a pyro can easily take care of a spy. While support classes mix it up, for example, The Medic: he can heal a heavy and then the heavy can take down other enemies more effieciently, making the heavy-medic combo a very deadly one, which trumps a lot of the other classes (make note that a medic can have combos with other classes to trump the other classes, even when comboing another medic). With a very active and friendly community, and Steam Workshop, this game is very alive. With the only hat ran economy in the world, this game is a great game to get you into the computer gaming society if you are new to PC gaming and you came from console gaming, because after awhile you will learn how to be a PC gamer, and this introduces the skill, accuracy, patientce, and friendlieness that PC gaming requires. One of the best games I've ever played, and I'm not ever going to stop. 875.8 hours and counting.
