Dune: Awakening
Going into this with a private server of friends is an incredible experience. Amazing survival game set on Arrakis. Searching for "water" to survive / expand and grow your base.

Combat was fine. Movement was excellent.
unlocking vehicles changed the game signifigantly.
The end game is where the game changed, for me, for the worst. No longer could you mindlessly farm and collect resources to expand your base and gear. Now you had HOURS of flight across the Deep Desert, finding pockets of dense resources required an external website so you didnt waste your time or miss something. The forced PvP did not feel good either.

Overall the game is still amazing, worth sinking hundreds of hours into.
Even now, during a break me and my friends keep logging in to power our bases and pay our taxes so when they come out with new content we will be ready to enjoy.

The coming cargo container for the Carrier is going to change the gameplay loop in a big way as well.

TLDR: Buy the game, play with friends as a survival game. Enjoy a neat story, build a cool base and share it on the internet!

V Rising is excellent - I play exclusively on PVE and it's an incredible experience.
With the new Brutal difficulty, the game has an added challenge and is paced well to not allow you to overgear your way to victory.
Playing on a server with friends is highly recommended!

is good game, Expect to play co-op for now as progression tied to server progress.
However takes what other survival games does and enhances almost every aspect of it.
Excellent game, Early Access is a banger, cannot wait and see what this game can turn into on full release.

What an incredible game, if you haven't... you should!

This very good game

What a fantastic game - the art is incredible for something with pixels the size of your face. In all truth, its a gritty viking survival game, lots of combat, some of it tough early game especially. Wonderful base building opportunities

2022 Update - Mistlands coming soon, this game is amazing, get a group of friends and explore the viking afterlife!

What a fantastic game. Early Access yes, active developers it appears. Even as is, fantastic game, I cannot wait to see what else is to come!
