After 60 hours of gameplay, I am confident enough to say that Kingdome Come Deliverance 2 is the best RPG that I ever played.

First of all, I must say that this game improves absolutely everything the last one could offer. The combat system is more reliable and smooth, the amount of bugs is insanely lower, the graphics look way better, facial gestures are more expressive, your crimes have true consequences around the places you visit, hunger is more noticeable, the narrative feels more cinematic and is more impactful, and way, way more.

One of the things that makes KCD different is that everything needs a process to learn. Wanna learn smithing? Grab a hammer and start pounding metal after heating it up. Wanna know how to make certain potions? Go fetch some ingredients and be ready to follow the instructions of a recipe, and be careful of boiling times, distiling and grinding herbs. Wanna learn how to use a sword? Then go grab one and practice with someone who can teach you. Wanna improve your marksman skills? Grab a bow then, and practice with a dartboard (or even animals or people) to hone your skills with it. In KCD you don't only "learn new skills", you become part of the process. And within the process, you realize there's progress. Beautiful and rewarding.

Regarding the NPCs and the map, KCD2 goes far and beyond to manage presenting towns and cities in a way where the player never remembers that he is indeed playing a videogame. People walk down the streets. Not every conversation is important. Everyone has their own problems. You can find people buying at markets, relaxing at baths, fighting over an argument, drinking at a tavern or talking about their daily life. The background noise sometimes is filled with people talking. Sometimes you may find a bard reciting epics, or merchants trying to do their best to sell well enough to be able to make a humble business, or guards patrolling day and night to preserve the citizen's security. Your actions affect your reputation, what people think about you and how they treat you. People may see you as someone righteous or as a criminal.

There is never a single way to achieve your objectives. Either by brute force, by making use of money, by smoothly talking your way out of it, or with more creative ways that the player must be able to discover. The decision is yours, and even though it doesn't affect the main story, it makes an impact to those who surround you.

My favourite part of the game is what it tries to express.

War... War never changes. Every day, atrocities are committed by both sides of war. No one is a saint. Within all the armour of a soldier, there is always a man, a man that can be a father, a son, a husband, a brother, or all of them. It presents people that, regardless of how tyrannic or cruel some may think they are, in reality they have their own insecurities, regrets, fears and sorrows. It is not black or white, as they are also humans who fight their own demons, as everyone else does. The means sometimes don't justify the ends, but when despair knocks at the door, sometimes there is no other way but to end some atrocities with more atrocities.

Kingdome Come Deliverance 2 stands out as one of the deepest displays of human emotions I ever experienced. Everything feels truly human and it teaches you the cruel nature of War. Sometimes we may lose the ones we love, but giving up is the only way of not being able to witness the dawn of a better tomorrow.

When I first started playing this game, the only thing I was thinking about at first was to have fun piloting a spaceship and exploring the outer space, to know the unknown. Little I knew what I was about to experience.

With an intriguing story, splendid game mechanics and a beautiful lesson to learn, Outer Wilds stands out as one of the best games I ever played in a long time. It's about exploring, discovering, being curious and way more. A unique adventure awaits you.

I understand it now. It took me a while, but I get it now.

A Space for the Unbound is not a life-changing game. It does not try to teach you anything. It shows you that everything is in your inner self. It tries to show you that the simple things are the ones that make life that complex. It's about the small things... Relaxing with some music, playing your favorite video game, petting a fluffy cat, collecting some bottle caps, eating a cake, watching a movie with someone you cherish, launching some fireworks, sharing a pleasant conversation...

This game tries to show you that there is more than darkness and cruelty in this world. Sometimes there is beauty, love and kindness. It does not tell you how to feel, but it gives you the tools you may need to understand yourself. It tells you that feeling sad is fine. It does not make you weak, it makes you human. Life may be a dark tunnel, but there is hope, there is light at the end of it. And if you manage to not let go of that hope, you will be fine. I am okay now, and I am moving forward.

If you are struggling with finding your place in this world, you can take a rest whenever you want. It does not matter how much time it takes. As long as you keep moving forward, you will eventually find the answers you long. I am still on my way to find them, but I know I will, some day... and I hope you do as well.

It all lies within you, your very own self. Your dreams. An endless place where everything is possible... a space for the unbound.

Gris is not only a game, it is an experience, an achievement. It is the epigraph of what video games can express and it is brief, but it teaches you a lot.

It teaches you that video games can truly manifest emotions. It teaches you that they can be made with love. It teaches you that not all video games are only a combination of ones and zeros. Some of them make you laugh. Some others make you cry. Others will scare you or infuriate you.

This is the only game I would recommend for everyone if I could only choose one. Thank you Nomada Studio for creating such a piece of art, thank you for making this possible. Gris is a masterpiece, and it is one of the best games I ever played in my entire life.

I hope it is yours as well.
