Resident Evil Requiem is a SCAM of a game. The game itself, with everything it offers is only worth 30 bucks, largely prompt up by Namesake alone. An Indie version would be 15-20.

Do not get me wrong, I enjoyed the game- I actually recommend playing the game. However, Requiem is an hour long game that reuses concepts gameplay and engine from older REsident Evils. It reuses Re:3 0 Revelations 2 and parts of 7 in concepts, and even the gameplay from Re2make and Re4make.

While I enjoyed actually playing the game, I came away slowly realizing how short and empty the game actually was and as my thoughts grew so did my complaints. They give you the shop from Re4/5 but you never get updates to the shop (The shop itself only offering 3 weapons that can be upgraded twice and one cache case upgrade.)

The characters play like exact clones of Re2 for Grace and 4 for Leon but slightly updated. And they pad the game out with 2 different areas that are largely empty. Grace gets the RPD/Baker house experience that boils down to roughly 40 minutes without the backtracking, while Leon gets a largely empty world version of Racoon to explore for an hour.

Once you beat the game they barely offer you any bonuses either. You get a few post game weapons and costumes and a Bonus mode that is honestly largely boring in concept, basically a version of Mercenaries and Raid mode mixed together using perks instead of levels.

I would give the game itself an 8/10, but its so thin and empty gamewise that its like eating a ham sandwich with thin bread and only ham- It might be good... but its not going to fulfill you.

Its honestly an "Alright" game. The concept is good. Fun at first even. But its quiet, theres nothing past melting and collecting 6 artifacts and a skeleton. And they even sell you extra areas via dlc. Theres no ending, just a 6 hour waste of time.

A great game, The last game of the "Ezio" trilogy. It takes place in 16th century Istanbul and is a fun way to learn a bit of its history and admire the city.

HOWWEVER.. the game is broken, intentionally. Half of it is shut down and can not be played. In order to use it you have to manually alter the files; This means you can not play the online and side content, none of the Desmond backstory and all the online unlocks are just gone and even trying to use them puts you into an infinite loading screen. Its kinda funny that Ubisoft chose this one game in the series to break.

Its an okay game. Not enough to do, you can't get all the cards and its grindy.
Good if you enjoy digging games.
Has a original soundtrack.

6/10. Needs more work.

A fun little game, good concept. Roughly 2 hours to beat, can be done in 30. Wish it had more areas.

A good game, one of the better hole digging games on the market. Has potential to go further, needs more prisons to escape from. Worth 5 dollars, 10 if you're desperate.

A simple game, not amazing, not bad. But I feel that the real experience, what the game really offers is not its gameplay, but what it tells.

Nostalgia is a game of references and...well, Nostalgia. Going through the old archetypes of games gone by, characters we once looked at as "Heros" as Icons of a society gone by, eras of games that have gone by- in forms of armor characters weapons and map locations. Something unique in itself. For strange reasons. Worth taking a look at for those who miss the past. 7/10.

Stalker 2:
*Not made by the original team, so the ideas and concept of what the game was and should be are different.
*Hard Censorship due to the time the game was made, the original had no censorship and a strong sense of Nationality.
*The Zone is too big and alot of areas were changed or moved: Alot of empty space that wastes your time to move through, while not having much life or interaction.
*Strange Loot placement: You can go to early game areas and just find end game Seva Suits and never have to change armor.
*Too many resources: Between the changes in item weight and massive amount of food/medkits in the world you will often find yourself overburdened.
*The Story feels like a fan fiction in many instances and brings back all key characters either in appearance or reference. Alot of the game felt like an amusement park ride where they constantly rubbed the past story in the players face while screaming "Hey, remember this?".
*Mutants were poorly made for Stalker 2 and are both annoying to deal with while being far more dangerous, not in the way they act or attack.. but because higher difficulties skyrocket theri health. Mutants also have knockdown attacks that can trap and stucklock the player long enough for other mutants to kill them before they can get up.
*Less guns.
*The Diffculty was changed to only effect the amount of damage and health enemies have. Playing on Master feels less intense and more like a grind.
*Its not actually finished: Stalker 2 was lunched in an unfinished state and is constantly being updated/fixed over time. The early game is largely fine, but the later game really starts to show its glitchy and unfinished quirks. The game itself will probably not be realized until years after its release.

Despite the long list of issues, the game largely holds the "S.T.A.L.K.E.R Experience". I would give it a 7/10, but its an ugly 7 and needs mods and polish it will probably never get.
