Store page says you can play with 4 friends. The lobby limit is 4, so you can actually only play with 3 friends.

Mafia 2 but now with slightly better graphics, more crashes, a useless launcher and having to create another useless account to unlock all of its content.

Mafia 2 is pretty good itself and would earn a positive review, but this Definitive Edition is ♥♥♥♥♥.
