I usually dont like to review games that ive played less than 20 hours of but in this case i didnt get a choice, i ran out of stuff after 2 hours.

Pros-
combat is weighty and fluid
enemies have a decent amount of variety
the art style and aesthetics are pleasing to they eye
Runs very well even on older systems

Cons-
very very little content, you have 6 levels total and they dont change on replay
combat builds are extremely bland and boring as well as lacking in variety
almost no customisation options for you character
no cross play
It costs $39 aud for what is basically an early access title

In summery it has really solid basics but is poorly lacking in variety and replayability, how ever it is a rather good intro for people who have never played a hack and slash.

I soo badly want to give this a thumbs up, but i just cant, not in its current state. A game of this size and price should have had more of the performance issues and bugs ironed out before launch, especially considering it had 2 beta periods before hand.
I will admit that the gameplay is almost exactly what i was hoping for, combat flows well and has been simplified in a way that makes it more fun and fluid to fight monsters.

I just hope they fix the performance and launch issues and then itll be a great game.

A worthy successor to the first game.

Cmon Valve, please get off your throne of cash for 20mins and send the bots back to the stone age.

It needs a speed increase. especially for random encounters. get it on sale 6/10

As far as first person warhammer games go, this is pretty high up the list unless you play solo.
Play with friends and its 100 times better

Time to redo this review once more, Crytec have put good work in and have done well with the new UI and other fixes.

Awesome game, if you like adventure with a tonne of story and not much fighting for your life then this game will suit you.
