Recept na palačinky

Budeš na to potřebovat:
- Špetku soli
- 2 vejce
- 0.4L mléka
- 0.2kg hladké mouky
a slunečnicový olej dle potřeby.

Postup přípravy:
1) Hladkou mouku rozmixuj se špetkou soli, mlékem a vejci tak, aby vznikla hustá směs vodná pro palačinky. Moc řidká směs by nedržela a moc hustá směs by ti zase spíš udělala smutný lívance.

2) Na pánev s rozpáleným olejem nalij naběračku směsi. Palačinku osmaž z obou dvou stran dozlatova.

3) Na hotové palačinky můžeš nanést libovolné množství něčeho, co ti chutná. Může to být třeba marmeláda nebo něco slaného (třeba masová směs)

Říká se, že první palačinka se nepovede a je jen na zkoušku těsta tak se nelekni, pokuď pokazíš první palačinku! Směs by měla stačit na 8-10 palačinek podle pánvičky a tloušťky palačinek <3
