Game runs like crap even though when it first came out as beta it ran smooth as butter

Really fun game with plenty of content that will keep you busy, great creative aspects and the story writing is fab. Players are friendly and helpful. Haven't had much issue with steam version compared to other reviews. Good free trial which lasts basically forever.

Really good game so far, there could be some improvements by far, however as the game is still being worked on, of course there will be issues. I did come across a potential bug/issue with repairing items in a tenants home, I wasn't able to get the maintenance man to access the broken appliances, as there was particular items in the way (the gap between the objects was too small apparently?) But it is pretty good! I feel like some parts of the game could be more finely tuned, such as the renovating tasks- there could be more variety of tasks available, as most are pretty similar tasks, regarding renovating the rooms of customers. I think there should be more customisation regarding items/objects, such as having various colours of the same appliances, more variety of decor overall, possibly fine tuning the controls when in build mode. And having a tenant menu to show all available tenants and their homes. But hopefully when the game comes out fully it will be far better. However as an hour-ish long game. I feel like some aspects could be taken from the Sims games / sim type games that would also be a good thing in this game, such as the building and decorating aspects. I really enjoyed it, and it seems pretty laid-back to start with.

So after playing for 5 hours the game has now decided that it wants to crap all over me and make the game a living hell to play. Graphics + bugs are now screwing me over. It seems my 1070 is too trash to keep up with it, and at the worst possible time. FML. :( The game started to be so good...
